In the Netherland we got "tweedehandsmac.nl" what means secondhand mac..
This is a site were u can get a lot and good stuff is there a German site too ??

we have one here and most of the Mac-Magacines in Germany have advertisements for used Macs. A special german HP for second-hand-macs – never heard. Maybe there is. Most of them will be sold at ebay, because normally you (the seller ) get a good price there.

I can speak very well Geraman and understabd it to but writting is a problem
