Hallo zusammen,

ich habe auf meinem Macbook Pro (3,1) unter Os X Mountain Lion (10.8.2) immer wieder Systemabstürze. Dabei wird der Bildschirm schwarz, danach kommt die Meldung "Sie müssen Ihren Rechner neu starten...".

Im folgenden der Panic Report. Kann mir jemand sagen woran sich die Kiste stört. Das wäre super.

Ich kann Dir zwar nicht weiterhelfen, aber mit meinem 27" iMac geht es mir ähnlich...
 
hmm, das ist komisch... ich hab auch noch nen 27" iMac auf dem läuft aber alles einwandfrei. Ich dachte erst es hat eher was mit dem älteren Powerbook Pro zu tun.

Sollte es das wider erwarten nit sein, kannste ja noch die üblichen verdächtigen mal durchchecken.

Ist das nicht ein wenig zufällig das der Grafikchip gerade beim installieren von ML das Zeitliche segnet?

Bei mir wurde erst gedacht das es mein Speicher ist oder mein WLAN-Stick.
es war weder noch.

versuch doch mal ein Clean Install, das hat bei mir auch geholfen.
 
Nicht unbeding. ML stellt ganz andere anforderungen an den grafikchip als SL o. Lion. Das könnte dann das fass zum überlaufen gebracht haben, bei dem eh anfälligen chip dieser serie.
Alternative übeltäter habe ich ja schon benannt.
 
ja das ist mir schon klar.
nur bei mir funktioniert, trotz Kernel Panic mit Fehlermeldungen im Hardware, nach eine Clean Install alle hardware einwandfrei.
Mein Beitrag wollte nur zeigen das nicht unbedingt die Hardware kaputt sein muss.
Ob das bei TE auch so ist wird er hier hoffentlich noch schreiben.

Danke auch für Eure Beiträge. Den Verdacht mit der GraKa hatte ich auch. Vor allem da ich auch schon den Fall "Macbook läuft - Display bleibt schwarz" hatte. Das ist allerdings schon bestimmt 3 Monate her, war unter 10.7 und trat nur ein mal auf; danach nie wieder.
Ich werde erst mal nach den Drittanbieter Kernel Extensions schauen. Einen Clean Install möchte ich mir sparen wenn irgend möglich. Ich halte Euch auf dem laufenden. Sonderbar nur wie das zu Rudis iMac passt....?!

Ich versuche nun schon den gesamten Abend einen Absturz zu provozieren aber es mag mir nicht gelingen. Seit der Installation von ML ist mein iMac 27" (erste Generation) ca. 1 mal pro Woche (gefühlt) abgestürzt. Vorher ist dies nie passiert. Die Symptome waren ähnlich wie bei Dir, hoffMan, zunächst ist der Bildschirm schwarz geworden und anschließend ging nichts mehr (und dann wurde manchmal auch die Meldung, dass ich den Mac neu starten soll, angezeigt). Da ich es immer eilig hatte, habe ich stets neu gestartet und dann weiter gemacht...

Ich hatte heute den ganzen Tag sowohl iMac als auch Macbook in Betrieb. Am iMac weiter nichts. Das Macbook ist einmal abgestürzt.
Habe mittlerweile das Logitech Control Center entfernt. Parallels werde ich updaten, die Anwendung InsomniaX gibt es eigentlich nicht mehr...

Ich habe das Gefühl diese Abstürze passieren im Zusammenhang mit Safari...

So hier noch mal abschließend von mir. Zu diesem Bug gibts zig Einträge in der Apple Community "https://discussions.apple.com/index.jspa". Wer sich da belesen mag sucht am besten nach "your computer restarted because of a problem". Hier sind alle möglichen Rechnertypen betroffen, von daher schließe ich mittlerweile für mein Problem den "Nvidia Bug" aus. Wie es scheint hängt das mit ML 10.8.2 und dem windowserver dienst zusammen... ?!

Es ist also ein Problem mit den OEM GraKa Treibern. Meistens Nvidia, ein paar andere Hersteller sind auch dabei.

Die Nvidia -User können mal hier schauen: http://www.nvidia.de/object/cuda-mac-driver-de.html

Das einzige was im Moment wirklich hilft ist Downgrade to Lion und warten was ML 10.8.3 bringt!

Mein iMac läuft nun seit ca. 2 Wochen stabil. Da ich nicht systematisch vorgegangen bin, kann ich leider nicht genau sagen, welche Maßnahme so weit geholfen hat:

- ich habe alle USB-Devices entfernt - es ist z. Z. nur meine externe TM-HD angeschlossen
- habe diverse Programme entfernt, die noch im Hintergrund gelaufen sind, die ich aber eigentlich nicht (mehr) brauche (z. B. Steer Mouse, MacFuse)
- habe das neueste OSX-Update installiert

Ich hoffe, dass mein System weiterhin so stabil bleibt...
