Für mich sieht es so aus als wäre das Update auf Sierra nicht korrekt abgeschlossen worden. Aber Du hast auch eine Menge Software installiert, die schon recht alt ist, da solltest Du mal überlegen was davon Du tatsächlich noch nutzt.

Der schlimmste Punkt könnte allerdings CleanMyMac sein, gegebenenfalls hat das Dir Dein System soweit "bereinigt", dass eine saubere Neuinstallation die einfachere Wahl darstellt

Ich empfehle einen kompletten clean Install und dann mittels Migrationsassistenten aus dem Backup NUR wirklich wichtige und relevante Daten und Apps zurückspielen.

sehe gerade das im App Store unter gekaufte Artikel Sierra nicht angezeigt wird.
 
wie sollte ein bootfähiger Stick erstellt werden, mit DiskMaker X oder Terminal?
 
lies mal die SMART werte der platte aus, vielleicht will die ja auch nicht mehr so ganz …
