Software-Aktualisierung kaputt ...

Moin,

ich habe ein Problem mit der Software-Aktualisierung unter OS 10.3.5.:

Ich kann die Aktualiserung starten, doch bevor mir ein Ergbenis gelistet wird, bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung:

"Das Programm Systems Preferences wurde unerwartet beendet ..." usw ...

Was kann ich tun, damit ich automatisch wieder aktualiseren kann???

Kannst du andere Systemeinstellungen öffnen?

Schmeiß mal die ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist bzw die
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist weg und starte die Systemeinstellungen erneut.
 
Aloha,

hab beides gerade einmal ausprobiert .. bekomme immer noch dieselbe Fehlermeldung :-( .. weitere Ideen?

Kann ich das System vielleicht irgendwie reparieren?

Hallo sebcra,

Du könntest das 10.3.5 UpDate direkt bei Apple herunterladen und nochmal drüberinstallieren.

Wenn Du so nett wärst und die Einträge in den Logfiles posten würdest.
Programme/Dienstprogramme die Konsole öffnen und unter ~Library/Logs > CrashReporter >System Preferences.crash.log
Nur die letzten zwei Eintragungen, nach dem Versuch.
Bzw. unter Library/Logs das Software Update.log auch den letzten Eintrag.

Copy/Paste...

seltsamerweise kann ich unter software aktualisierung in den systemeinstellungen auch keine installierten updates mehr lesen ...

soooo .. ich habe soeben nochmal 10.3.5 drüberinstalliert ...

jetzt kann ich zwar die suche nach neuer software durchführen, ohne dass ich die fehlermeldung bekomme, aber ich bekomme keine liste mit neuer software ...

hat hierzu jemand eine idee?

Hast du schon versucht mit dem Festplattendienstprogramm die Zugriffsrechte zu reparieren??
 
alles drauf ?! nach 10.3.5 kam bis jetzt doch gar nichts, oder?
 
Doch ich glaube ein Update für WLAN und iPhoto waren noch dabei.

also disc utility hat nix gefunden :-/ ...

komisch ist ja auch, dass mir unter "installierte updates" ja auch gar nix mehr angezeigt wird ... und die automtische software aktualisierung in bestimmten abständen lässt sich auch nicht mehr auswählen ...

Hallo sebcra,

wegen "An error occurred trying to execute scheduled command" könntest Du SoftwareUpdateCheck.plist in User/Library/Preferences löschen.

Könnte sein, dass die Sicherheitsupdates mit im Installer von 10.3.5 enthalten sind und Du gar keine SW benötigst.

Wegen der Liste mit installierten UpDates. Hast Du irgendwelche "Systempflegetools" benutzt?

Ich hab plötzlich auch das Problem, dass keine Updates mehr angezeigt werden. Interessanterweise steht auch in den Systemeinstellungen kein Inhalt im "Installierte Updates" Tab.
Kann ich denn irgendwie die Updates wieder auf Null setzen??
 
Das ist genau mein Problem ... hab eben mit Apple telefoniert, die haben mir gesagt, dass ich es mal probieren soll, ob das Problem auch unter nem anderen Benutzerprofil auftritt ... auf jedefall sollte man einen kompletten Restore machen, sagte die gute Dame ...
