Selbsttätiger Neustart des Mac - wer hat das gleiche Problem?

Mein Mac macht alle paar Stunden wenn niemand dran arbeitet einen selbsttätigen Neustart mit der Meldung, dass ein Problem aufgetreten ist. Man kann dann zwar den Fehlerbericht zu Apple senden . . .
Wer hat denn das gleiche Problem. Offensichtlich ist es bei mir nach dem Safari-Update auf 13.1 aufgetreten, aber ich führe jetzt kein Buch drüber. Mein Mac (mini) hat 10.14.6 als Betriebssystem. Aber auch wenn ich Safari nicht geöffnet habe und mit Opera arbeite hat er solche Macken.

Selbiges hier. Zumindest der Rechner in der Arbeit auf den ich zur Zeit per Fernzugriff zugreife. Jeden Morgen diese Meldung.
Clean Install hat auch nix gebracht.
Aber schön zu sehen dass ich nicht der einzige mit diesem Problem bin.

Wir hatten hier erst kürzlich einen sehr ähnlichen Fall. Dort konnte das Problem gelöst werden, indem

alle 32Bit Apps sauber entfernt wurden (Catalina unterstützt keine 32-Bit Apps mehr)
nicht mehr unterstützte Kernel-Erweiterungen entfernt wurden.

Beides (32-Bit Apps und nicht mehr unterstützte Kernel - Erweiterungen) tauchen in deinem EltreCheck Bericht auf.

Ein CleanInstall bringt übrigens nichts, wenn man im Anschluss wieder das TimeMachine Backup zurückspielt, da dann alle Problemherde wieder neu auf den Mac kopiert worden. Hier hilft nur die manuelle Selektion in TimeMachine.
 
Mein Macbook ist in den vergangenen Nächten auch min 2 mal abgestürzt und ist neu gestartet.
Mir fällt es immer nur an geöffneten Excel/Word Dateien auf, die plötzlich weg sind und der Fehlermeldung
dass es nicht gesicherte Dokumente gibt.

Ja, aber ich arbeite noch unter 10.14.6 und da funktionieren 32 Bit Apps noch. Oder ist das das Problem auch unter Mojave?

Wie entferne ich 32-Bit Apps und nicht mehr unterstützte Kernel - Erweiterungen??? App einfach löschen wär bestimmt zu einfach

bei Mojave gibts noch keine Probleme mit 32bit Apps, erst ab Catalina läuft keine 32bit App mehr, hr47 bitte den Thread genau Lesen!!.

Ein CleanInstall bringt übrigens nichts, wenn man im Anschluss wieder das TimeMachine Backup zurückspielt, da dann alle Problemherde wieder neu auf den Mac kopiert worden. Hier hilft nur die manuelle Selektion in TimeMachine.
Was hier natürlich so gemacht wurde und trotzdem nichts gebracht hat.

Bin automatisch von Catalina ausgegangen, da der 32Bit Warnhinweis im Eltrecheck Protokoll stand...
 
Offensichtlich ist es bei mir nach dem Safari-Update auf 13.1 aufgetreten

Wenn du mit 10.14.x das Security Update 2020-002 Mojave und das Safari 13.1 Update gemacht hast, ist steht die Chance bei Macs aus 2018 ziemlich gut das es genau daran liegt. Wenn du ein Backup von deinen macOS von vor diesen beiden Updates hast und das nutzen kannst bis du dein Problem vermutlich los.

Das Security Update hat auch die iBridge angefasst und pusht diese auf BridgeOS – 17.16.14263.


Deine Sache, dein Versuch, deine Daten, daher nur ein Tipp ohne Gewähr.
 
Google mal nach "Panic app vers: 1267.100.68.0.1" (das ist Teil des crash reports).
 
Das ist mir alles (leider) zu kompliziert. Ich warte jetzt erstmal bis 10.15.5 raus ist und werde dann auf Catalina umstellen und hoffen, dass der automatische Neustart dann Vergangenheit ist.

Wenn du dein System so lässt, wie es ist, ist es so gut wie ausgeschlossen, das der Fehler unter 10.15.5 verschwindet.

Grund sind die 32Bit Apps und die nicht mit Catalina kompatiblen Kernelerweiterungen auf deinem System (siehe EltreCheck).
Mojave war eine direkte Vorstufe zu Catalina. 32Bit Apps waren noch grundsätzlich kompatibel, aber es gab schon die erweiterten Sicherheitsfunktionen, die den Zugriff auf Kamera, Ortung, Bildschirmfreigabe, Mikrofon etc. trotz Installation mit Adminrechten zusätzlich blocken. Damit der Benutzer hier eine Freigabe erteilen kann, muss der Entwickler dies im Programm entspr. vorgesehen haben, was bei 32Bit Apps und Kernelerweiterungen, die unter Catalina nicht mehr laufen, häufig nicht mehr gemacht wurde.

Ich vermute stark, das eine dieser 32Bit Apps/Kernelerweiterungen daher bereits unter Mojave Probleme verursacht, was zu den Abstürzen führt, die du uns hier "automatischen Neustart" berichtet hast.

Daher müsstest du einen CleanInstall durchführen (altes OS inklusive aller Daten und Apps wird im Verlauf der Installation des neuen komplett gelöscht) und anschließend nur noch Programme installieren, die eindeutig Catalina-kompatibel sind.

Ob hier noch Programme Probleme machen, kannst du Eltrecheck entnehmen:

32-bit Apps - This machine has 32-bits apps will not work on macOS 10.15 "Catalina".
Kernel extensions present - This machine has kernel extensions that may not work in the future.


des Weiteren hast du mindestens 2 Flash-Installationen auf deinem Rechner, die ein erhöhtes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen und auch die Stabilität beeinträchtigen. Nicht erneut installieren.

Kein TimeMachine Backup aus Mojave zurückspielen, da dies die 32Bit Apps/Kernelerweiterungen wieder zurück auf den Rechner bringt.
