welchen Rechner hast du denn genau? Wenn du wirklich noch eine alte HDD hast, bringt es vor allem dramatisch viel, wenn du auf eine SSD umbaust.
Vielleicht ist dein System aber auch zugemüllt. Oder beides. Das können wir gerne mal überprüfen.

Ist zwar CS5 drauf (nicht 4), macht aber wohl keinen Unterschied. Zur Sicherheit habe ich auch noch meinen alten iMac von ca. 2011 mit Mavericks hier rumstehen, falls sich CS5 verabschieden sollte

Ich hoffe mal, dass ich den Rechner noch nicht zugemüllt habe, denn ich habe ihn erst seit Anfang April 2019 (gebraucht gekauft, neu aufgesetzt). Die 1TB HDD ist nur mit 117,25 MB belegt.
Und nein, ich benutze KEIN Time Machine Backup, ich sichere die wichtigen Daten noch selbst.
