Safari stürzt immer sofort ab.

Hallo liebe Leute.

Habe seit geraumer Zeit ein Problem, Safari stürzt bei mir immer sofort nach dem starten ab und spuckt anschließend ein Fehlerprotokol aus.

Zurücksetzten übers Safari-Menü oder ähnliches geht leider nicht, da Safari bereits abstürzt bevor man auf irgendwelche Menüitems zugreifen könnte.

Hab schon ein Update auf die neueste Version durchgeführt, aber keine Besserung. Das Problem besteht schon seit ziemlich langer zeit, habe in der Zwischenzeit immer Chrome und Firefox benutzt, aber so kann das ja nicht für immer weiter gehen.

Auf anderen Accounts auf dem selben Rechner läuft Safari übrigens ohne Probleme!

Habe unter username/Library/Preferences doe com.apple.safari.plst gelöscht.

Was kan man noch machen?

Alles außer Installieren und Archivieren, Neuinstalation und ComboUpdate. Lade mir gerade Safari erneut runter und/oder führe ein Mac OSX ComboUpdate durch...

In anderen Benutzeraccounts funktioniert es ja auch, habe aber keine Lust meinen gesamten Account umzuziehen... :(
 
Repariere mal unter dem FPDP die Rechte und versuche es nochmal...
 
Nope!

Safari neu installiert, FPDP Rechte repariert, stürzt immer noch ab. Jetzt kommt das Kombo-Update... :(

Auch das Kombo Update bringt keine Besserung...
Wo überall in meinem Benutzeraccount könnten den Sachen versteckt sein die Safari nicht mag?

Plugin, InputManager, Preferences hab ich schon alles gelöscht...
 
Hast Du Growl installiert? Deinstalliere das mal bitte.
 
Growl für Safari deaktiviert, bringt auch keine Besserung... ;)

Muss wohl oder übel einen neuen Benutzeraccount erstellen, da klappts ja wunderbar...

dann kopiere dir die safari ordner der librarys vom neuen benutzer nach deinem, dann klappt es bestimmt...

es geht wieder....

die lösung war vermutlich einfach das combo update nochmal drüberzubügeln.
vielleicht aber auch, dass ich vorher alle safari files die ich finden konnte aus dem ordner ~/Library/ gefischt habe. Nachher wieder dort plaziert und alles ist wieder beim alten.

Ich hab vorher auch noch vergeblich versucht Safari 5.1.4 zu installieren, was es momentan bei apple runterzuladen gibt. Bei mir ist 5.0.5 (6533.21.1) installiert. Allerdings sacht das Installationsprogramm nur "auf diesem volume ist bereits eine neuere version von Safari installiert" was mich verwundert hat, aber es ging halt nich. Keine ahnung warum, aber das combo update hats ja gelöst :)

Ich habe jetzt genau das gleiche Problem, und zwar seitdem ich das ComboUpdate 10.6.8 drüberlaufen lassen hab!

Wie löst man das problem jetzt?

Auch ich habe jetzt das Problem, weiss aber nicht was mit Combo Update gemeint ist. Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?
