Na ja… andere mit ähnlichen Problemen könnten einfach EtreCheck laufen lassen und hier posten. Wäre vielleicht effizienter als sich aus Oles Ausgabe zusammenzusuchen, woran es bei ihm lag.

Für ihn wär's natürlich schon hilfreich, wer weiß, ob er was übersehen hat.

ich hab dasselbe Problem. Mein Safari öffnet seit kurzem immer selbständig irgendwelche Seiten... Habe den Tipp angenommen und den EtreCheck gemacht. Folgendes Ergebnis kam raus:

Ok, Du hast zwei Adware-Files, die von Etrecheck auch beseitigt werden koennen. Des weiteren hast Du Avira installiert, der Dir dieses Problem NICHT angezeigt hat. Antivirenprogramme sind Schlangenoel und unnoetig. Ausserdem erhoehen sie eher die Gefahr, dass dein Rechner attackiert wird.

Der Speicherdruck scheint auch sehr hoch zu sein. 4GB RAM ist halt sehr wenig fuer Sierra. Wenn Du Glueck hast, wird es nach der Deinstallation von Avira etwas besser. Zusaetzlich wuerde ich mir ueberlegen, ob ich unbedingt Flash und Silverlight benoetige. Alles Einfallstore fuer Schaedlinge und heute meist nicht mehr wirklich noetig.

Boah hast du einen Müll auf deinem Rechner. Du solltest wirklich ein wenig mehr Bedacht an den Tag legen, wenn du dich im Internet bewegst und Sachen herunter lädst!

Auch wenn einige sagen braucht man nicht, aktiviere Trim trotzdem es schadet in keinster Weise.
Öffne einfach das Terminal-Fenster und gebe dort folgendes Kommando ein:

sudo trimforce enable

gegebenen falls das Password eingeben wenn du eines nutzt. Man sieht es im terminal nicht als keine Panik.

... einen hab' ich noch: Wenn Dir eine Webseite(!) empfiehlt, dass Du dringend(!!) deinen Rechner schuetzen musst, oder defragmentieren, oder sonstigen Kappes...

... dann drueckst Du schnell Schliessen-Knopf der Webseite. Waere auch zu ueberlegen, ob Du diese Webseite aus deinen Favoriten streichst. Auf einem Mac braucht man weder Antivirus-Software, noch irgendwelche Verschlimmbesserhelferlein. Ok, das gilt fuer Windows eigentlich auch.
