Also bei mir und allen anderen können QXP 4 dokumente mit OXP 6 oder QXP 5 sofort geöffnet werden.

Wenn natürlich irgendwelche bescheuterte Xtensions (z.B. Pastboard) verwendet wurden, dann werden diese auch immer benötigt.

NEIN geht bei mir auch nicht! Habe heute früh noch schnell den Test gemacht, er macht gar nichts auf.
Was ich nicht verstehe ist das ich über die Zwischenablage nichts austauschen kann. Hatte Quark5 über Classic Umgebung offen und Quark6 normal. Aber über Kopieren und einfügen geht da gar nichts.
Die Zwischenablage ist immer leer.

Haltet euch fest, meine Suche bei Quark brachte folgendes zu Tage!

Attempting to open a QuarkXPress™ version 4.x or 5.x file in QuarkPress 6.0 may produce the following alert: “Unknown error [-9589]”.

The following workaround is suggested to avoid this error message:
Open the Print Center by navigating to Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Print Center. (In case of Mac OS 10.3 (Panther), choose Printer Setup Utility).
In the Printer List dialog box, click Add.
Select IP Printing from the pop-up menu at the top.
In the Printer’s Address field, enter 127.0.0.1 as the printer’s address.
Click Add.
127.0.0.1 displays as a printer in the Printer List. Select this printer and click on Make Default.
Close the Print Center (or Printer Setup Utility if you are using Mac OS 10.3).
After you have specified the above printer as your default printer, you should be able to open legacy documents without any problem. It is also suggested that you download the latest printer drivers and PPDs for the printers with which you are working. Once these files are updated, legacy documents can successfully be opened in QuarkXPress 6.0.

Funktioniert trotzdem nicht!
