Programme zu zwei Prozessen ausfindig machen

Hallo,

mir machen zwei Prozesse zu schaffen. Carinatae und Lindsay. Sie lasten die CPU zu jeweils 100 Prozent aus. Wenn ich sie beende, wird das MacBook wieder leise. Sie bleiben immer unterschiedliche Zeit inaktiv und starten wieder neu. Manchmal schnell, manchmal nach Stunden. Wie kann ich die Programme dazu finden und löschen?

Ich tippe auf Malware bzw. BitCoin-Miner oder so etwas. Bitte die beiden obigen Tipps (Malwarebytes und EtreCheck) durchführen.

Ich habe mit KnockKnock gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Hier im Forum gab es auch schon Fälle in denen Malwarebytes nichts fand, das Problem mit KnockKnock gelöst werden konnte. Gilt bestimmt auch umgekehrt. Also einfach beides mal checken.

Malwarebytes hats gefunden und gelöscht. Mein Rechner ist wieder super leise. MBP mid2012 Retina, 2,6GHz.
Dr Cleaner wurde auch aus Versehen gelöscht. Sollte ich Dr Cleaner behalten? Wie sind eure Erfahrungen?
Es laufen ca. 300 Prozesse bei mir. Ist das noch die Norm?

Ich denke, es ist immer eine gute Idee sich über die ratschläge von malwarebytes hinwegzusetzen.
P.s.: wie kommst du auf die idee, dass das entfernen von Dr. Cleaner ein versehen war?

Ich würde gerne VOX und VOX Preferences löschen. Das hatte ich eigentlich gemacht.

Zum Beispiel die ganzen Werbeblocker. Oder den längst abgekündigten Flash Player.

Wie erkenne ich die Werbeblocker? Und wie lösche ich sie vollständig?
