Probleme Musik-Programm auf Macbook: Audiodateien nicht auffindbar, Musik wird nicht mehr importiert

Hallo,
seit längerem bereitet mir das Musik-Programm Schwierigkeiten:
Erst wurden sehr viele Lieder plötzlich nicht mehr gefunden (teilweise über den Finder schon), jetzt funktioniert auch der Import von Musik nicht mehr (Fehler -3201).
Ich habe vieles probiert (Caches löschen, Importeinstellungen, Neustart, Updates, Speicherplatz freiräumen usw.). Es bringt nur alles nichts. Jetzt dachte ich, ich könnte einfach das Programm de- und neuinstallieren (hab natürlich ein Backup), aber das geht auch nicht. Weiß nicht, ob das Programm an sich nicht deinstallierbar ist? Hat jemand sonst einen Tipp?

P.S.: Es ist ein MacBook Air (13", Anfang 2014) jetzt mit Big Sur.

Da scheinen ja einige Issues zu sein... Vermutlich müsste der Mac auch mal gründlicher entmüllt werden, weiß aber nicht, welche Aufräum-App wirklich empfehlenswert ist...

Auf keinen Fall irgendwelche Aufräumprogramme. Die sind völliger Unsinn. Dann der Avira-Müll: Runter damit! Richtig deinstallieren nach Herstellervorgabe. CCcleaner genau so. So etwas braucht ein System nicht.

Dann hast u zu wenig Arbeitsspeicher, der überläuft.

Das System kann ja nur grützemäßig laufen …

Ich dachte, CCcleaner sei bereits weg? Ich sehe es nicht mehr bei meinen Programmen. Wie kriege ich denn die für mich unsichtbaren Reste weg? Kenn mich, wie du merkst, nicht so aus
 
Leider keine Ahnung, was das für 32-bit apps sein sollen.
 
Dann wäre ein Clean Install wirklich das beste, dann hast du eine neue, saubere Installation.

Deinstallieren nach Anleitung des Herstellers, nicht einfach löschen.

Aber besser du setzt mal neu auf.

Versuch mal, einen neuen Benutzer einzurichten und versuche mit diesem, Musik zu importieren. Berichte, inwieweit es geklappt oder eben nicht geklappt hat.

Mit dem MBA wirst du aber keine Freude haben mit Big Sur, es ist einfach zu schwach auf der Brust.
 
Soo schlimm ist Catalina auf dem Gerät nun auch nicht...
SSD ist ja da.

Avira Runter.
CCleaner Runter / Flash runter.
Malwarebytes aktualisieren und mal eine Prüfung durchlaufen lassen

Bissel den autostart putzen.
Fertig.

Die 32 Bit Software funktioniert eh nicht - kann also auch eigentlich keine Probleme verursachen.
Erkennen kann man die betroffene Software im Systembericht oder mit Tools wie: https://www.stclairsoft.com/Go64/

Das Musik-import-Problem liegt eher woanders...

Dann ist eine Neuinstallation nach Anleitung noch das einfachste.
 
Okay, scheint so. Ich hatte mich an die Empfehlungen gehalten, alles upzudaten, wenn das Musikprogramm hakt. Würdest du empfehlen, wieder Catalina draufzuladen?
