Problem: Media Central löschen (Programm aktiv?)

Hallo!
Ich habe da ein (hoffentlich) kleines Problem: Ich möchte gerne MEDIA CENTRAL löschen. Habe das Programm ind en Papierkorb gepfeffert und auf entleeren geklickt. Leider bekomme ich dann die Fehlermeldung, das Programm und ein Plugin seien noch aktiv. Das kann ich aber nicht überprüfen, bzw. ich weiß nicht wie.

Was soll ich tun?

Apfel + Tabtaste zeigen Dir, welche Programme in Betrieb sind. Falls MC noch in Betrieb ist, musst Du es zuerst beenden.

das ist leider genau das problem: weder im dock noch bei apfel+tab wird MC als laufend angezeigt.

Hallo, dann wird aber doch sicherlich ein Neustart weiterhelfen? Dann den Papierkorb entleeren, im Zweifelsfall mit der Option SICHER.

guck mal in der Systemsteuerung, dort kannste nämlich MC konfigurieren etc..

danke für die tipps. habe gerade noch das hier auf der equinux-webseite gefunden (falls außer mir noch jemand das problem haben sollte):


Move the main application into the trash.
Move the MediaCentral system preference pane located in ~/Library/PreferencePanes into the trash.
Move the "MediaCentral2" application support directory located in ~Library/Application Support into the trash.
If you are familiar with the terminal, you can enter the command killall "MediaCentral Launcher". If you are not familar with the terminal you will need to restart your mac.
Empty the trash.
Open the "Accounts" system preference pane and select the tab "Login Items". Delete the "MediaCentral Launcher" login item.

tut hier nix zur sache, ist nur lustig.
erst kommt der thread "MC IST DA !!", und nachher ein post "WIE LÖSCHE ICH MC"

aber danke an tozzer für die anleitung ... find ich immer gut wenn jemand, der sein problem selber gelöst hat, dies nicht für sich behält und der community mitteilt.
