Pixum löst Kernel Panic aus

Hi zusammen,

meine Nachbarin hat ein Macboob Pro 2015 mit Core i5, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD und aktueller Software (10.15.5). Ich habe ihr vor etwa 2 Monaten das Upgrade auf Catalina installiert, da sie es für Teamspeak brauchte. Sie erstellte Fotobücher mit cewe. Seit dem Update auf Catalina löst cewe allerdings bei der Bearbeitung/Öffnen eines Fotobuchs eine Kernel Panic aus, und zwar zuverlässig und reproduzierbar. Daraufhin hat sie auf Pixum umgestellt, was allerdings die gleichen Probleme verursacht.
Was ich bisher versucht habe:
- Pixum aktualisiert
- Avira deinnstalliert
- Etrecheck laufen lassen (Bericht hängt an).

Edit: Die besagte Fotobuch Datei funktioniert auf meinem Windows Rechner problemlos.

Ich glaube bei cewe gibt es auch einen Clouddienst wo die Fotobücher mit mehreren Rechnern synchronisieren könntest.
Weiß aber nicht ob das helfen würde: Das Ding heisst cewe myphotos

mein Tip, ein CleanInstall, zur Sicherheit einen Clone als Backup erstellen, und dann das System komplett löschen und von Grund auf neu Installieren, und nur die wichtigsten Daten und 64Bit Programme Installieren, da beisst sich ein Kext/Treiber vom einer früheren Software mit diesen Fotobuch Programmen.

Eine Neuinstallation würde ich natürlich gerne vermeiden. Ist ja auch nicht mein Book. Lässt sich denn die entsprechende kext nicht einfach entfernen?

Hi,
du musst in den Systemeinstellungen/Sicherheit usw.., Etrecheck den vollen Systemzugriff erlauben, erst dann dann findet Etrecheck auch diesen störenden Treiber/Kext, den störenden Kext dann zu löschen geht nur über die Recovery, in dieser dann Sip deaktivieren, dann kannst erst im System etwas löschen.
