Outlook-Termine in iCal, aber nicht in iCloud

Gebe ich in Outlook einen neuen Termin ein, wird er auch in iCal synchronisiert. Aber die iCloud nicht - ich habe also nur den Termin auf meinem iMac, aber nicht auf iPhone/iPad ... weiß jemand Rat bzw. hat jemand dafür eine Erklärung? Danke im voraus!

Das geht nicht. Outlook ist nicht iCloud kompatibel.

Oder auch: iCloud ist nicht Mac-SyncServices-kompatibel.

Da werden also Anwendungen (nicht nur Entourage oder Outlook) auf eine schöne zentrale einheitliche Schnittstelle im Betriebssystem getrimmt (SyncServices/iSync), die dann schrittweise vom Erfinder der Schnittstelle nicht mehr unterstützt wird. Erst nicht mehr im zwischenzeitlich geänderten MobileMe-Kalender, jetzt nicht mehr in der iCloud. Am Ende auch nicht mehr auf dem Mac: SyncServices werden von Apple ab MountainLion nicht mehr aktiv unterstützt:

Bleibt also eine dereinstige CalDAV- und CardDAV-Implemetierung in Outlook abzuwarten.
Ob die noch in MSO2011 kommt oder erst in einem MSO2014 – oder überhaupt – wer weiß?
