Hallo Leute!
Ich habe mein MBP im Oktober 2017 als Vorführgerät mit weniger als 10 Ladezyklen gekauft. Es hatte ein Defekt und wurde im Mai 2018 im Zuge eines frisch von Apple eingerichteten Akkudeck-Austauschprogramms komplett erneuert. Das tool "coconut battery" zeigt sich wieder zufrieden und diagnostiziert einen gesunden Akku. Trotzdem hält er bei den unter Notebookcheck.com angegebenden Bedingungen nicht etwa 10 sondern nur 4 bis 4,5 Stunden. Auch Apple spricht von 10 Stunden Wlan-Betrieb. Bei mir sind alle Sensoren bis auf Wlan aus, das Display auf Stufe 12 (75%), Flash war nie installiert. Ich habe neben an permanent aktiven Zusatzsoftwares m.E. nur einen "Nextcloud" Client, "Little Snitch" und die "timing app" am Laufen. Firefox, Chrome etc. sind alle uptodate.
Displaystufe 12 ist 75% Helligkeit. Flash war nie installiert, die Aktivitätsanzeige hatte ich auch immer mal wieder im Blick. Mit dem NextCloud-Client und der "timing app" laufen zwei Prozesse permanent im Hintergrund, aber ohne große CPU oder Energiebedarf.
Aktuell habe ich 45 Ladezyklen auf dem neuen Akku, Coconut Bateria gibt immer noch 97,8% Designcapacity an, also alles sehr gut. Da ich dringend eher 10 als 4,5 Stunden Akku bräuchte, habe die SSD gelöscht und High Sierra komplett neu drauf gespielt. NUR OpenOffice, Firefox, Chrome und Filemaker installiert. Der Akku hielt bei o.g. Setting immerhin 7 Stunden, also ein bisschen mehr, aber weit von den 10 Stunden entfernt );
Der durchschnittliche Energiebedarf der letzten 12 Stunden o.g. ThirdPartyApps ist laut Support-Menschen mit dem ich gerade alles nochmal durchgesprochen habe alles i.O. – Ich gehe davon aus, dass kein Hardwaredefekt besteht.
Bringt ein Downgrade auf Sierra erfahrungsgemäß 3 Stunden mehr Akku-Laufzeit? Lohnt es auf Movaje zu warten? Hat sonst noch jemand eine Idee? Die o.g. 4,5 und 7 Stunden Akku-Laufzeit waren natürlich OHNE angeschlossene USB-C-Peripherie!
