macOS Monterey Massive Videoprobleme seit ein paar Tagen

Ich habe hier ein MBA von 2017, 13", 1,8Ghz mit 8GB Ram und seit einigen Tagen (seit dem letzten Update auf 12.7.4?) ruckelt jedes Video auf allen Browsern. YT ist eine Qual. Auf anderen Rechnern ist alles sehr flüssig. Kann mir da jemand was zu sagen? Was kann ich tun?

Das scheint wirklich zu funktionieren, läuft flüssig. Ich bin aber noch etwas vorsichtig mit meiner Freude, man weiß ja nie....
