Hey ekki161, danke für deine Antwort. Genau, ich habe neben dem Mail Problem die Sache mit dem misslungenen FileVauld. Ist auch beides gleichzeitig aufgetreten. Zu deinen Fragen: der Rechner lässt sich auch mit langem Drücken der Austaste ganz runter fahren (wusste ich gar nicht...). Ein Backup habe ich (ist zwar schon 5 Monate alt, wäre aber zur Not machbar) und einen Check mit EtreCheck habe ich gemacht:
