Mail stürzt ab, wenn ich Konto auswähle

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein großes Problem!
Ich rufe über das Program Mail vier verschieden E-Mail- Accounts ab. Drei funktionieren einwandfrei! Klicke ich auf den vieren Account, stürzt das Programm ab! Dies tat es vorher nie. Ich habe bereits den Account gelöscht und neu eingerichtet, kein Erfolg.

auf weitere Benutzer habe ich keinen Zugriff. Die anderen Konten funktionieren einwandfrei (google, versatel, strato)
