Ich habe ein mittlerweile massives Problem mit meinem MacPro (Mid 2010, Westmere, 12 Gb RAM, Mavericks).

Immer wenn ich den Rechner im Login-Screen in den Ruhezustand versetze und später aufwache, finde ich einen schwarzen Screen vor, mit sich drehendem Beach Ball. Der läßt sich zwar noch mit dem Magic Pad bewegen, aber das war's auch schon. Auf dem zweiten Monitor finden sich gelegentlich noch irgendwelche Grafikfehler. Längeres warten hat keinen Sinn, es hilft dann nur noch der Hardreset. Manchmal gibt es nicht mal mehr einen Beach Ball, sondern es laufen direkt die Lüfter hoch und es tut sich gar nichts mehr.

Hier die Liste, was ich alles schon gemacht habe (nicht in dieser Reihenfolge, einfach aus dem Gedächtnis):

- Rechte repariert
- Caches gelöscht
- PRAM/NVRAM reset
- SMU reset
- OS X neu installiert (drüber)
- SSD-Firmware (Crucial 500 Gb 2,5") aktualisiert
- Energieeinstellungen komplett aus (Disk runterfahren etc.)

Wenn ich im angemeldeten Benutzer den Ruhezustand aktiviere, dann scheint es ok zu sein. Da hatte ich bisher keine Probleme. Es scheint nur aufzutreten, wenn ich in den Login-Screen gehe und dort links unten den Button für den sleep mode aktiviere. Das war bisher (4 Jahre lang) nie ein Problem (haben zwei getrennte Benutzer hier laufen, ich bin der Admin).

Insbesondere von der Aktualisierung der SSD-Firmware hatte ich mir den Durchbruch erhofft, denn alles was ich bisher ergoogeln konnte, deutete auf altbekannte Probleme mit SSD's hin und ausgerechnet bei meiner war dies einer der Fehler, die per Firmware behoben wurde ("wake from hibernate...").

Es hat sich im wesentlichen an meinem System gar nichts geändert. Keine neue Software, keine neue Hardware (der Rechner wird ohnehin kaum noch benutzt). Im laufenden Betrieb gibt es überhaupt keine Probleme. Wenn er läuft, dann stabil und schnell. Ich glaube, dass alles mit einem der letzten OS X-Updates angefangen hat.

Mir gehen langsam die Ideen aus. "Ihr seid unsere letzte Hoffnung, Obi-Wan....." :rolleyes:

- SafeBoot machen du musst, danach normal neu starten deinen Mac du sollst. Beseitigt so wird manche Rebellion.
- die Macht den Inhalt des System Log-Files auf deinen Bildschirm strömen sie lässt.

Hat leider gar nichts gebracht. Aus dem System-Log werde ich nicht schlau.

Was mir aber aufgefallen ist: wenn ich meinen User abmelde bevor ich im Login-Screen auf "Sleep" gehe, dann stürzt er nicht ab. Demnach scheint es also kein Hardware-Problem zu sein und es scheint sich auch auf meinen OS X-User zu beschränken (es ist egal ob der zweite noch aktiv ist). Ich hab eigentlich nur ganz wenig im Hintergrund laufen. Kann man irgendwie einen einzelnen User zurücksetzen oder wie geht man da am besten vor? Wie gesagt, OS X habe ich eigentlich schon mal komplett drübergeknallt.

Damit wird es sicherer das es eben genau unter diesem Benutzer irgend ein Problem gibt.
Du kannst ja zum Testen einen neuen Benutzer anlegen. (Kann man ja wieder löschen)

Das kann manchmal eine gute Idee sein und helfen, klappt aber nicht bei allem.
In der Tat wird wirklich nur das Logfile genauer sagen was los ist.

(Wobei da auch nicht jeder alles lesen kann, ich auch nicht. Es vergrößert aber die Chance das sich mehrere User finden die das Problem schon kennen..)
 
Um ein Softwareproblem auszuschließen, sollte man erst mal ein Clean-Install machen, anders kann man kein Softwareproblem sicher ausschließen.

Hast du keine HD oder SSD, die du mal zum Clean-Install testen kannst?
 
In der Tat wird wirklich nur das Logfile genauer sagen was los ist.

Das ist der letzte Eintrag bis zu meinem Hardreset und dem Bootvorgang. Vorher war Beachball vor schwarzem Hintergrund, der sich nicht mehr drehte, den ich aber mit dem Touchpad noch bewegen konnte. Auf dem NEC-Display waren wirre Zeichen.
