Also, als erstes wuerde ich den Speicher auf 8GB erweitern, dass sollte unter Sierra schon mal helfen. Ansonsten sehe ich da nur LittleSnitch, was ansich nichts Schlimmes ist. Wobei ich mich dann doch frage, warum Du das installiert hast. Weisst Du, was das Programm genau macht?

PS: Kleiner Tipp: LittleSnitch ist fuer Privatanwender zum groessten Teil nicht notwendig.
PPS: Festplatte gegen SSD austauschen. Hab' ich, glaube ich, schon empfohlen.
