MacBook Pro Mid2009 und Mac OS Sierra wirkt lahm und updatet nicht mehr???

Servus Freunde, ich habe seit neuestem ein Problem. Mein MacBook Pro Updated nicht mehr und wenn ich Safari Fenster offen habe und wir in Ruhe Modus war benötigt er Ihre lange um wieder zurückzukommen und ist dann Mega träge erst wenn ich Safari beende beginnt er etwas schneller zu laufen.
Ich weiß das für mein MacBook Pro eigentlich Mac US Sierra nicht erlaubt ist, aber es hat ja funktioniert ist euch irgendetwas bekannt dass man keine Updates mehr machen kann?

Das MacBook Pro nimmt auch mein Passwort für meinen Apple ID nicht mehr an. Das wundert mich Sehr, da ich die ID auf mein iPhone benutze und dort funktioniert es. Ich habe bereits das Passwort neu gesetzt aber das Problem besteht weiterhin.

Habt ihr mir eine Idee woran es liegen könnte. Vielen Dank Grüße Jessi
 
Je nachdem wann du Sierra gepatched hast, brauchst du noch ein extra Patch für den App Store: http://dosdude1.com/sierrapatch.html
Die Seite würde ich an deiner Stelle sowieso öfter anschauen, da du nun etwas ähnliches wie ein Hackintosh hast, solltest du dich vor jedem Update auch erstmal informieren ob alles noch läuft.

Hallo Freunde, sorry das ich erst jetzt wieder antworte - aber das gute Wetter muss einfach genutzt werden und auf der Arbeit, darf ich leider mit dem Privaten Notebook nicht ins Netz. Ergo hab ich immer nur einen kleinen Timeslot zum Sachen ausprobieren...
Also @ dante - die Logs habe ich "noch" nicht erstellen können Sobald ich dazu komme poste ich Sie.
@lostreality - hehe 100% richtig...es lief alles sooooo gut, das ich mir darüber ehrlich gar keine Gedanken mehr gemacht hatte! :( ... Jetzt habe ich festgestellt, das ich gar keine Recovery-Partition habe. Kann ich die Einstellung auch aus einem Bootstick heraus durchführen? Irgendwie scheint das glaube ich nicht funktioniert zu haben irgendwie. :-(

Sorry ... falscher Alarm...also Updates funktionieren! Aber Das System ist dennoch ziemlich lahmarschig und ... friert teilweise für längere Zeit ein.

Also das Update Problem, war das Little Snitch gut geblockt hat!

Aber warum das System seit ca. einer Woche "manchmal" sehr träge reagiert beantwortet meine Frage nicht wirklich. Da die Updates nur MS Onenote und ein PDF-Programm betrafen...

Wenn ich das im Log oben richtig gesehen habe, hast du kein TRIM bei der SSD aktiviert. Das könnte zu dem von dir beschriebenen verhalten passen. Du kannst TRIM im Terminal mit folgendem Befehl aktivieren: sudo trimforce enable
 
Servus Mel Linus, mhhh ich habe Trim nicht aktiviert korrekt. War da nicht etwas wo empfohlen wurde das man es deaktiviert lässt? oder deaktiviert? War da nicht was was die SSD schneller veralten und damit schneller einen defekt herbeiführt? Sorry wenn ich so naiv nachfrage... das mit dem "trägen" Verhalten, ist erst seit ca. 1- max 2 Wochen.

Nein im Gegenteil, TRIM ist dazu da um bei SSD den Speicher zu optimieren. Mach aber vor dem aktivieren ein Backup!

Wieso hast du Standardmässig SIP deaktiviert gibt es dafür einen Grund?
 
@dante12: kann ich dir nicht genau sagen - habe das Patchtool verwendet, wenn das SIP automatisch deaktiviert, dann ist mir das entgangen. Selbst habe ich aktiv nichts verändert (abgesehen davon das ich natürlich aktiv den Patch eingesetzt habe!). Oki... dann aktiviere ich morgen mal das TRIM für meine SSD. Ja ich hab auch bevor ich mit dem resutil Thema herumexperimentiert habe bereits ein Backup erstellt - über Time Machine, aber das sollte ja ausreichen. oder? :)

Melde mich dann morgen nochmals.
