MacBook Pro keeps randomly shutting down every other day - Please help!

Hello guys, I hope you can help me on this.

I got a MacBook Pro, bought mid 2010. It's been working perfectly fine until it did it the first time a few months ago. After that it worked fine for another few weeks, until it happened again, and in the last week it happened something like 4 times.

It always happens in the same way. I'm doing something on the MacBook and suddenly the screen goes black and if I'm listening to any music, the music keeps looping the last 0.something second. I have to press the power button for a couple of seconds until the MacBook shuts down and an immediately start it up again, without this happening again for the next few weeks at first, now for the next few days. When I start my MacBook up again after this happens, I get this error report:

I´m sorry but I´ve never heard that before. My friend´s MBP also did that sometimes and he called the gravis shop helping him immediately at the phone (is that right English? =))

The MBP 2010 series seems to have some issues with the GeForce GT 330M GPU and graphic drivers, which are causing random shutdowns, BSOD and kernel panics. However, most of these issues only occurred after the Lion upgrade. Your MBP is running 10.6.8, according to the build number in the PR, so I don't know for sure, if this is the same issue.

Another usual suspect for causing kernel panics is the Soundflower extension. Your's (1.3.1) is quite outdated. I would suggest to uninstall it and getting the latest version for 10.6.8:
