Macbook Pro 15,4 Mitte2010 - NVIDIA-Grafikchip defekt ?

Hi,
Ich denke ich habe das im Netz oft beschriebene Problem mit dem 2.Grafikchip auf dem Board.

Ich habe gfx Cardstatus installiert und er geht oft einfach aus nachdem er auf die NVIDIA Grafikkarte wechselt.

Wenn ich zum Beispiel einen externen Monitor über Mini Displayport anschliesse...

Ich habe einen EntreCheck gemacht und hoffe dass mir jemand sagen kann ob es das vermutete Problem ist,
und ob es ausser der recht kostspieligen Reperatur eine zwischenlösung gibt (pachen, treiber, software etc.)

WOW, das sind ja mal gute Nachrichten !!!

Ich hab schon schwer rum überlegt ob sich die Reperatur überhaupt noch lohnt für so ein altes Macbook.

Aber wenn es nur an einem Kondensator liegt ist das natürlich was anderes.

Ich hab zwar nen Lötkolben, werde mich da aber nicht ran wagen.
Aber ich bin sicher dass ich einen Reperaturservice in Berlin finde der das machen kann.

Er sagte einleitend dass eine Mainboardreperatur immer 250 euro kosten würde, und hat gefragt woher ich denn wüsste dass es an dem Kondensator läge und ob ich das wohl gegoogelt hätte.
Nachdem ich ihm von der Konversation hier im Forum und dem EntreCheck berichtet hatte meinte er dass es bei meinem Modell in der Regel nicht nur der Kondensator wäre.
Was ausserdem die Probleme verursachen würde wollte er mir nicht sagen. Das sei Geschäftsgeheimnis.
Da ich nicht viel Geld habe und der reelle Wert meines Macbooks auch nicht mehr sehr hoch ist kommt eine Reperatur für 250 euro für mich nicht in Frage.

Kannst du aus dem EntreCheck lesen dass der Schaden durch Austausch des Kondensator mit Sicherheit behoben wäre ?
Wie ich deinem Blog entnommen habe hast du die Reperatur ja bereits einmal durchgeführt.

Jaja, das Geschäftsgeheimnis...das ist in etwa so wie die Aussage "So einen Fehler haben wir noch nie gesehen." (spruch life im Apple Store gedrückt bekommen bei einem 2008 MBP mit Grafikkartendefekt).
Die kannst ganz schnell abhaken. Das einzige, worin die recht haben können: Es kann sein, dass inzwischen auch noch andere Teile der Grafikkarte einen Schaden erlitten haben, z.B. VRAM defekt oder GPU. Ich an deiner Stelle würde @Roman78 Angebot bzgl. des Kondensatortausches annehmen. ;)
