Hallo!
Mein MacBook Pro 13 (Retina Mitte 2014) läuft seit längerem sehr träge. Diagnose habe ich mehrmals durchgeführt. Ohne Probleme.
Insgesamt habe ich 5 mal eine clean Installation durchgeführt. Ohne merkbare Besserung. Der Start bis zum Login, beträgt 8 Sekunden. Das passt ja auch so. Allerdings wird es nach ca. 30 min. sehr träge. Ich verwende das Macbook nur zum Surfen (bin keine Gamer) und manchmal zum Video kucken. Es wird auch nicht heiß und die Lüfter drehen auch nicht hoch. Ich hatte macOS Catalina oben und bin auf rat von einem bekannten, zur Auslieferung Version High Sierra zurück, da höchstwahrscheinlich da das problem liegen könnte. Dies war aber auch kein erfolg.

Was meint ihr, wo das Problem liegen könnte?

Daten zum MacBook Pro:
MacBook Pro 13 (Retina Mitte 2014
Intel i5 2.6 GHz.
8 GB Arbeitsspeicher.
256 SSD von Samsung.
Intel Iris Grafik mit 1536.

Würde mich auf ein paar antworten freuen.

Vielleicht mal noch in der Aktivitätsanzeige schauen, ob eine Webseite den Arbeitsspeicher flutet (oder ein anderer Prozess Amok läuft).

Was genau meint du mit Ruckeln? Kannst du mal ein Video davon machen?
 
Naja mit ruckeln meine ich, wenn ich am Trackpad scrolle, ruckelt die Seite nach.
 
Ist etwas aus EtreCheck herauszulesen?
 
EtreCheck sieht gut aus, vielleicht kannst du uns auch noch einen Screenshot aus der Aktivitätsanzeige wie von @cb4 vorgeschlagen posten.

Wieso? Mel Linus hat ja nach einen Screenshot aus der Aktivitätsanzeige gefragt und ich hab ein paar hochgeladen.
 
Du bist übrigens nicht auf High Sierra zurück, sondern auf Yosemite (10.10), denn das war der Auslieferungszustand. Tja... jetzt hast Du halt eine uralte Safari-Version, der man's in die Schuhe schieben kann. Also ich finde das war 'ne Schnapsidee, auf so ein altes System zu gehen. Es wäre interessanter, warum ein moderner Browser ruckelt. Kannst ja mal die aktuelle Version von Firefox installieren (ich hoffe die aktuelle Version läuft auf 10.10). Oder Du installierst wieder Catalina. Oder beides.

Yosemite (10.10.5) unterstützt keinen aktuellen Firefox/Browser auch wegen fehlendem TLS 1.2 Support.
