Macbook hängt sich ständig auf

Hallo, mein Macbook Pro Retina 15 Zoll Anfang 2013 hängt sich seit heute ständig auf. Es geht dann gar nichts mehr und ich muss es abwürgen durch langes Drücken des Power-Knopfes. Einmal konnte er beim hochfahren kein Betriebssystem mehr finden (blinkendes Ordnersymbol mit Fragezeichen) Wahrscheinlich sollrte ich hier ein panic-log posten. Nur weiß ich nicht wo ich das richtige finde... Über Hilfe wäre ich dankbar.
(PS. Daten sind alle gesichert und ein aktuelles Timemachine Backup auf ner alten Time-Capsule gibt es auch.)

Das Macbook hat vor zwei Jahren bereits einen neuen Grafikchip bekommen. Könnte natürlich schon wieder defekt sein... Das Problem mit dem fehlenden Startvolumen (Fragezeichen im blinkenden Ordnersymbol) hatte ich letztes Jahr schon einmal aufgrund einer defekten Transcend SSD, die ich verbaut habe. Diese wurde dann auch gegen eine neue Transcend (TS960GJDM725) ausgetauscht.
Laut JetDrive-Toolbox sei die SSD aber 100% in Ordnung.
 
Ist gerade schon wieder eingefroren/aufgehängt, passiert meistens wenn ich mit Thunderbird arbeite/Mails verschicke, einmal auch als ich mit Opera gesurft bin.

Ein MacBook Pro Retina hat keine SATA-SSD mehr. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es natürlich möglich, dass die verbaute Blade-SSD einen Schaden hat.
 
Ich hatte vor gut einem Jahr schon mal Probleme mit der verbauten Transcend SSD (TS960GJDM725) und habe dann auch eine neue auf Garantie bekommen. Wenn die nun nach einem Jahr schon wieder hinüber ist sollte ich wohlmal zu einem anderen Hersteller greifen...

Hallo zusammen, ich habe nun Nachricht von Transcend bekommen. Diese meinten zu meinem Panic-Report:
Unter dem von Ihnen beschriebenen Fehlercode können wir leider nur Probleme mit dem PRAM finden. Bitte führen Sie einen Reset des PRAMs durch, vielleicht haben die Probleme eine gemeinsame Quelle.
