Macbook braucht recht lange nach dem Ruhezustand

Hallo Gemeinde,

lange war es mir egal aber jetzt geht es mir doch etwas auf die Nüsse.

Mein Macbook (15 Zoll, aus 2010) mit High Sierra drauf, braucht recht lange wenn ich es aus dem Ruhezustand aufwecken will. An ist es schnell, doch das Feld für die Passworteingabe ist locker 3-4 Minuten eingefroren. Dazwischen geht das Macbook auch immer wieder in den Ruhezustand. Wie wenn jemand aufgewacht ist und noch dösen will :) Nach den 3-4 Minuten kann ich mich dann anmelden und loslegen.

Weiss jemand an was das liegt und ob es dafür eine Lösung gibt? Mit den letzten Betriebssystem war das auch schon so.

und ob es dafür eine Lösung gibt? Mit den letzten Betriebssystem war das auch schon so.

Die Lösung könnte eine neue Festplatte sein ;) das hört sich ganz nach einer einschlafenden HD an,.

Wäre dann auch mein nächste Tipp gewesen, falls noch eine alte drehende HDD drin ist. Da würde es mich aber eh wundern, wie man das bis 2019 ausgehalten hat.
 
Ich glaube da habe ich ein Problem mit der Festplatte :) Der Scan mit EtreCheck läuft noch...

Jo, Festplatte ist platt. Schnellstmöglich Daten sichern, und durch eine SSD ersetzen.

mit einem Festplatte-Tool bekommt das Disk nicht mehr hin?
 
Mir fällt das noch auf: Antivirus software problems - Antivirus software is causing performance problems.

Ach und sollte mal bei deinem 2010 das Problem auftauchen, das er bei 3D Leistung aus geht oder Kernel Panics erzeugt, dann ist das nicht die Grafikkarte defekt wie viele annehmen, sondern ein 2 Euro Kondensator der einfach nicht mehr das bringt was die Grafikkarte braucht. Und auch leicht reparierbar :D
 
Danke für den Hinweis, das Macbook hatte bisher ein einfaches Leben. Ich hab das Teil nur benutzt wenn ich halt unterwegs war oder bei meine letzten Jobs, bei den ich keine passende Hardware bzw. Software hatte. Das Problem war allerdings auch schon bevor ich Sophos installiert hatte. Denke aber so oder so wäre es mal Zeit für eine SSD.
 
ja mich hat vorhin auch gewundert dass die schon so günstig sind. Ich hatte da noch andere Preise im Kopf. Ich denke 1TB wirds dann schon werden da ich immer eine größere Bilddatenbank unterwegs brauche. Was würdest für eine SSD empfehlen? Geht das problemlos eine 1TB einzubauen statt eine 500Gb oder muss ich da im System noch was ändern?
 
Du kannst ein bauen was du willst. 1TB ist kein Problem.
