Macbook Air rev 1 hängt sich auf

Guten tag,

Ich habe nun seit ein paar tagen Probleme mit meinem Macbook Air. Das Problem ist das er einfach mal hängen bleibt, diese crashes erscheinen wahllos, unter last und auf mal komplett ohne last. Was passiert ist das der Mauszeiger stehenbleibt, Musik läuft manchmal weiter. Das einzige was ich machen kann ist einen Hard reset, manchmal öffnet sich dann sogar das Dialogfenster ala " Möchten Sie neustarten, ausschalten etc.".

Ich habe versucht das Problem zu replizieren, leider ohne erfolg. Weiterhin habe ich den Hardwaretest von TechTools Pro 4 gemacht (intensiv) mit keinem Ergebniss. Ich bin wirklich verzweifelt und hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen und danke schonmal im vorraus!

Kleiner Nachtrag: am Anfang war das Problem vlt einmal pro 2 Wochen, mittlerweile stürzt er aber täglich ab. Einmal sogar 2 mal innerhalb von 1 stunde... :(
