Mac Pro 5.1 eher träge

Noch eine Frage hab ich eventuell weiß das ja jemand oder hat das schon einmal gemacht ^^

Ich will ein ghetto Mod an meiner graka machen aber die richtigen Adapter waren erst so spät lieferbar deswegen hab ich mir zwei pwm Lüfter und ein y pwm Adapter bestellt gehabt. Graka auseinander gebaut und überlege jetzt die graka Anschluss Farben sind die selben wie vom Y Adapter also grün blau Geld und schwarz glaub ich. Wenn ich richtig denke kann ich sie ja genauso an dem Adapter anlöten oder nicht ? 😅

Klar: man könnte quasi-die SSD ausbauen und den Rest verschrotten.
Aber mit diese Specs und Windows10 wäre es eine Rakete.
 
Das ist ein 5.1 der noch durchaus für Vieles mehr als ausreichend ist.

Bei einem 1.1 oder 2.1 würde ich dir fast zustimmen, so leid es mir tut.

so das kam raus anscheinend gibts soweit keine probleme
 
CleanMyMac…. :-( das ist unnötig bis eher schädlich

und Etrecheck meint dass die SSD langsam ist. I/O Geschwindigkeit wäre aber ok, in den Specs.

da sollte man mal einen Test machen was bei der SSD passiert.

ich habs jetzt erstmal alles geladen was genau muss ich dann da auswählen oder reicht die standart einstellung?

was ist an cleanmymac so schlecht ? find es eig ganz praktisch da ich noch nicht rausgefunden hatte wie man programme und co deinstalliert^^

Dein Gerät scheint mit 150 Euro günstig zu sein. Hast du auch mal den Stromverbrauch ermittelt? Ich hatte selbst einen MacPro 5.1 und war von der Leistung, Optik etc. zufrieden, aber das ist ein Stromfresser, der seinesgleichen sucht und die daraus resultierenden Abwärme ist abartig. :hehehe:

also im moment läuft der bei 208w mit monitor und paar kleingeräte wie zwei lampen usw nebenbei läuft grad parallels desktop mit windows 11^^

also an wärme merke ich nicht al zu viel nur das er laut ist und brummt das nervt eher^^
 
Joa das ist schon nicht wenig vergleichsweise ^^ Grad mal geschaut im Leerlauf lag der bei 180w.

Hab aber erst später nach dem Kauf gelesen das der soviel zieht ^^ und das Netzteil scheint sich ja nicht so leicht wechseln zu lassen 😅
 
Ja günstig ist nicht immer wirklich günstig, wenn man es dauerhaft nutzt. Mir hat es selbst gestunken, dass der alte MacPro von 2010 so viel Leistung sinnlos verbratet. Ich war mir dessen beim Kauf auch nicht bewusst. Wäre der Stromverbrauch und Abwärme akzeptabel gewesen, hätte ich ihn wahrschinlich heute noch, weil das Teil an sich ist Spitze und genau das was ich suchte, da modular. Ich hatte ihn auf PCI-SSD und USB 3.0 aufgerüstet gehabt.

Naja die meiste Zeit ist der eh aus, durch meine Arbeit komme ich nicht und wenn doch dann nur für paar Std ansonsten schalte ich den über die Steckdose ab ^^

Aber auch wegen dem finanziellen Aspekt hab ich ihn genommen hatte nicht mehr Geld und wollte auch für die meisten Möhren nicht so viel ausgeben ^^

Ich hab vorhin festgestellt das der ne Type c pcie Karte drinn hat hab nur noch nicht getestet ob's funktioniert ^^
