Daraus kann man eventuell ableiten, ob es Software oder Hardware Problem ist.

Dann ist es klar - Die BB6Q Firmware hatte durchaus Performanceprobleme nach einiger zeit.

Ich meine als workaround kannst du das gesamte System einmal auf ein externes Laufwerk Klonen und wieder zurückklonen.
Dann sollte es auch mit der alten Firmware wieder einige zeit schnell sein.
Das Problem trat nur auf, wenn die daten einige Zeit auf der SSD liegen.
-> Mach die Firmware neu dann ist das sytem wieder schnell.
Wenn das Update von der CD nicht bootet -> Schlimmstenfalls musst du bootcamp bemühen und schnell mal Windows 10 installieren.
Dann da die Samsung Magician Software Laden und die Firmware darüber installieren.

DriveDX zeigt doch grüne Balken bei den Werten usw.
Die SSD hatte keine Werte.

200-250, aber ich hab gerade gesehen die sind doch noch teurer als ich dachte. ich hab Cyberport, MediaMarkt und Saturn hier und da ist Saturn am günstigsten mit einer 4TB (Samsung 870QVO) 279,99€, und einer 2TB (Crucial BX500) für 138,99€ https://www.saturn.de/de/product/_crucial-bx500-2618795.html
Da SAMSUNG hier niicht so gut wegkam, werde ich mich wohl mit der 2TB Crucial begnügen und hoffe die ist morgen noch vorrätig zu dem Preis...

Mit der Firmware hat Samsung damals echt ordentlich Mist gebaut! War mega froh das ich zur Crucial gegeiffen hatte und kann die Marke nur empfehlen, SSD wie auch RAM, vernünftig produzierte Ware ohne Macken (wie die mehrfachen(!) Firmware Pleiten bei Samsung), gescheite Controller, guter Preis und die Speicherbausteine werden selbst produziert. Kann man kaum was falsch machen.

Hm, das schlösse leider die von mir preislich favorisierte Crucial BX500 für 138,99€ aus. Die Crucial MX500 bekäme ich hier erst für 209€.
Auch die günstigste Samsung 4TB (Samsung 870QVO für 279,99€) nutzt dieses QLC...

Notfalls installier dir kurz Windows10 für das Firmware update.

super, danke!
das hatte ich ja gestern mit CCC bereits vorbereitet. wenn der gebootete externe clone läuft wüde ich es wagen die interne SSD zu löschen
das würde ich dann auch erledigen bzw. _versuchen_ bevor ich alles zurückklone
"schnell mal"? ;D das klingt bei mir eher nach ner zweitagesaufgabe bei meinen 'künsten'...

Das Umkopieren/Klonen der Daten hilft für etwa ein halbes Jahr, dann wird die SSD wieder langsam.

Die BBQ6 Firmware macht ja auch Probleme.
Man sollte auf jeden fall erst das Firmware Update durchführen, bevor man die abschreibt.
