Mac fährt unter 10.15 Catalina nicht mehr herunter...

Hallo,
mein iMac von 2019 mit Catalina fährt auch nicht mehr runter. Irgendwann erscheint, dass er aufgrund eines Problems neugestartet werden musste. Anbei der Fehler Bericht. Kann da jemand was dazu sagen? Hab Parallels drauf, und da stand über ne Stunde: Datenträger werden aufgrund fehlerhaften Herunterfahrens überprüft.

Ich hatte nach Cataline Update ähnlich Probleme mit einem iMac 2015 (Ich vermute auch hier läuft im Hintergrund tmutil nach eine Ruhephase als Endlos-Prozess und verhindert das Herunterfahren). Die Lösung war tatsächlich ein Update auf Big Sur. Mehr dazu in diesem Apple Thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252240801

Ich hatte nach Cataline Update ähnlich Probleme mit einem iMac 2015 (Ich vermute auch hier läuft im Hintergrund tmutil nach eine Ruhephase als Endlos-Prozess und verhindert das Herunterfahren). Die Lösung war tatsächlich ein Update auf Big Sur. Mehr dazu in diesem Apple Thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252240801

Ja, bei mir auch. Hatte zuerst OneDrive App in Verdacht, war's dann aber letztendlich doch nicht. Mit Big Sur ist das Problem bei mir, iMac 5k late 2014, endgültig gelöst :)

ich seh keine besonderen Auffälligkeiten. Lediglich einige womöglich ältere Kernelextensions und Programme sind vorhanden. Beim Start werden die geladen und können, wenn sie mit dem aktuellen Betriebssystem nicht mehr recht zusammen arbeiten, einen verzögerten Start verursachen, da sie oftmals solange versuchen, was zu machen, bis ein Timeout kommt. Und das kann dann je Programm durchaus jeweils 60 Sekunden und länger dauern bis der Tiemout kommt.

Sieh dir daher mal die folgenden Programme an, ob du sie a) noch brauchst - sonst deinstalliere sie nach Herstellervorgabe oder b) ob nicht ein Update vorhanden ist und installiere dieses.

- Parallels scheint schon etwas älter zu sein
- EyeTV ist auch so ein Kandidat für Probleme, sowohl die Version 3 als auch die neue 4. Besser wird es hier, wenn du zumindest den EyeTV-Helper nicht startest. Der wird gestartet, wenn du EyeConnect verwendest oder deine EyeTV-Archive im Netz frei gibst.
- Von VMWare hast du auch noch was drauf. Brauchst du wirklich 2 Virtualisierer?
- App Cleaner versuscht auch was zu starten, wird aber dann nicht gestartet. Eventuell mal updaten bzw. neu installieren oder nach Herstellervorgabe deinstallieren.

Mehr kann ich dir so nicht sagen, ohne direkt an deinem Rechner zu sitzen und die Startprozedure mal komplett zu überwachen.

Vielen Dank, werde ich mir anschauen. VMWare ist zwingend fürs Homeoffice erforderlich. EyeTV nutze ich nicht mehr.
