hallo,

ich möchte grad diese webgallerie ausprobieren: http://www.lumis.com/lumisGallery/

das ganze soll auf localhost passieren. mysql und php laufen (wordpress funzt 1a)

wenn ich nun allerdings http://localhost/lumisGallery/ öffne, dann bekomme ich erst:

lumis*Gallery has several starting points and then there are other pages that cannot be accessed without a link from one of these starting points to add lumis*Gallery to your website simply link to any of the URLs below.

if you wish to use this page as a starting point for your gallery just customize however you wish

pictures.php?/page1/

ok, denk ich mir, und rufe halt einfach: http://localhost/lumisGallery/pictures.php?/page1/ auf.
leider komm ich nicht dahin wo ich hinwill, sondern dahin:

Safari kann die Seite nicht öffnen.
Es traten zu viele Verbindungswiederholungen beim Öffnen von „http://localhost/lumisGallery/pictures.php?/page1/“ auf. Dies könnte bei inkorrekten Weiterleitungen auftreten.

(firefox und opera geben die gleiche (oder besser eine ähnliche) fehlermeldung aus...)
woran kann das liegen?

ja - es heißt entweder "gallery" (englisch) oder "Galerie" (deutsch) *fg*
