macOS High Sierra Kein Programmstart mehr nach „sofort beenden“

Hallo Zusammen,

langsam bin ich etwas mit meinem Latein am Ende und hoffe, dass mir hier evtl. jemand helfen kann.

Ich habe mit meinem MacPro seit Sierra folgendes Problem: Bleibt ein Programm mit dem Beachball hängen und ich beende es mit „sofort beenden“, dann kann ich am Anschluß kein Programm mehr starten. Im Dock springen die Icons einige Minuten. Irgendwie scheinen die Programm dann auch zu laufen, denn ich kann dieser dort dann wieder „sofort beenden“, aber die Fenster gehen nicht auf. Das ist selbst beim Finder so. Selbst wenn ich diesen im Terminal mit killall beende, startet er nicht neu.

Ein Update auf High Sierra und eine völlig Neuinstallation brachte kein Erfolg. Auch das üblich PRAM, NVRAM und SMC-Reset hat nichts gebracht.

Bislang ist der erste Absturz immer in Photoshop CC 2017 passiert. Evtl. Kann es damit etwas zu tun haben. Mir kommt es irgendwie so vor, als würde beim Absturz irgendeine Ressource blockiert, die offenbar wichtig ist. Nach einem Neustart geht es dann wieder, bis zum nächsten beachball…

da müsstest du mal die konsole.app öffnen und schauen was die log dateien vermelden, wenn du dann versuchst ein programm zu starten …
 
Musste erstmal wieder warten, bis es erneut passiert :)
Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee, wo man ansetzten könnte...

konkret geht es halt um die meldung die auftaucht, wenn du dann die apps nicht starten kannst.
weiß ja nicht, ob du ein ungefähre uhrzeit im kopf hast, als es das letzte mal passierte …

da ist nichts wirklich auffälliges, was natürlich sein könnte, dass die installierten kleinen helferlein noch nicht mit high sierra so wirklich harmonieren …
 
Ok... völlig unauffällig.

Und das Problem tritt auch auf, wenn Du den Rechner komplett neu installiert hast und nur Adobe installiert. Keine anderen Programme?
Hast Du die Neuinstallation mit einem Boot Stick gemacht? Also eine wirkliche Neuinstallation?
 
Ich hatte eine Neuinstallation mit Wahltaste-Befehlstaste-R gemacht. SSD platt gemacht und auch neues Userprofil etc.
Danach war erstmal nichts mehr da.

Aber Danke erstmal für Eure Hilfe. Ich werde jetzt sukzessive mal die Helferlein deinstallieren und schauen, ob es dann geht.
Ein Cleaninstall nur mit Photoshop kann ich aktuell noch nicht machen, da ich noch eine IDE und die virtuellen Maschinen benötige.

Hab seit Weihnachten dasselbe Problem und komme nicht weiter.
Nach einer kompletten Neuinstallation vom Stick immernoch dasselbe...
So wie es ausschaut muss ich wohl irgendwie von High Sierra zurück zu Sierra...
Dachte zuerst es liegt an dem zusätzlichen Update für 10.13.2, aber das scheint nicht der Fall zu sein.
Der iMac, den wir testhalber auf High Sierra geupdatet haben, hatte auf einmal dasselbe Problem... Downgrade auf Sierra und alles war wieder in Ordnung.
Doof nur daß bei mir das Update viel zu lange her ist...
Den Benutzer kann man nicht migrieren von einem neueren System auf ein älteres, oder?
 
@Macs Pain: Ich konnte das Problem bei mir lösen, indem ich sukzessive alles entfernt habe, was am Rechner hing. Bliebt er wieder hängen, habe ich das nächste Gerät entfernt usw. Letztlich trat das Problem nicht mehr auf, nachdem ich die externe Soundkarte und eine USB-Platte an einem USB3-Hub entfernt habe. An welchem der beiden Teile es nun gelegen hat, kann ich nicht sagen.
 
Hm, hier hängt nur eine USB-Platte und ein zweiter Monitor dran, aber einen Versuch ist es wert, danke. :)
 
Ok, anfangs dachte ich, alles abklemmen hätte was gebracht...
Gestern Mittag hat sich InDesign mal wieder beim Speichern verabschiedet und dann ging wiedr nichts mehr außer abschalten.
Heute morgen nach dem Einschalten ist InDesign nicht mal gestartet, hat sich direkt gleich aufgehängt...
Langsam fällt mir nix mehr ein.
