Issues with multiple antivirus programs installed

I'm not sure if I have two antivirus' installed at the same time. I ran e tech check from McAfee and it said I did. I dont think it comes with antivirus, or at least there are no settings for it. Now, I have the IObit anti-malware program that came with it and I'm thinking that maybe that's the issue since it actively scans for malware. Any ideas folks, i do not want to be left in the lurch here.
I'm going to uninstall and test, I want to reply with results.

Try etrecheck to get an overview on all the installed stuff.
Having multiple AV apps at the same time is not the best idea, especially the real time scanners may cause a performance issue.

IObit = trash.

Try Malwarebytes. After that uninstall all AV-Software.
