Internet-Geschwindigkeit plötzlich minimal am LAN

Hi Leute,

ich hab seit kurzem ein Problem mit meiner I-Geschwindigkeit an meinem Mac Studio.
Plötzlich habe ich da nur noch minimale Geschwindigkeit, am I-Zugang/Router liegt es jedoch nicht.
Gleichzeitig läuft ein Speedtest am iPhone mit voller Power.
Nach einem Neustart des Mac habe ich da auch wieder volle Geschwindigkeit.

Ich bin da gerade etwas ratlos, wo hier die Ursache liegen könnte.
Der Fehler kommt alle paar Tage vor, jetzt eben gerade... kein besonderes Programm davor gelaufen... nur Mail und Safari

Mac Studio M2max, Mac OS 14.4 - mit 14.3 bestand das auch schon....

Welche Reihenfolge der Netzwerkdienste ist denn in den Systemeinstellungen festgelegt?
 
Unverändert wie seit Jahren bei jedem Mac bei mir...
Ethernet / WLAN
 
Oft sind daran irgendwelche Tools, Helferlein und ähnliches Schuld. Gerne sowas wie VPN, Firewalls um nur 2 Besipiele zu nennen. Auch Tipps wie feste IP-Adressen für DNS können dazu beitragen, besonders wenn man manuell nur IPv4 einträgt. der Mac bevorzugt IPv6

Daher:

a) Denke bitte mal nach, was du an Apps, Tools, Tipps hast, die mit Netzwerken zusammen hängen könnten

b) Stelle sicher, dass du IPv6 korrekt aktiviert hast und solltest du einen manuellen DNS vorgeben, gibt den unbedingt auch für IPv6 vor. Noch besser wäre es wenn du IPv6 korrekt aktiviert hast (am Mac und im Router) und keinen manuellen DNS im Mac einträgst.

c) lade dir EtreCheck runter, gibt dem Teil Festplattenvollzugriff, laufen lassen und poste den Report in Code-Tags (</>-Icon) Bitte in Code-Tags!
 
Die ganzen Einstellungen bzgl. IPv4 bzw. IPv6 laufen auf Standard und sind meinerseits unberührt, feste IP-Adressen habe ich nicht vergeben.
Steht auch auf automatisch.
Ich habe eigentlich nur mehr oder weniger Standard-Software von Apple, Microsoft usw. drauf. Roon Client läuft i.d.R. , thats it.

Hast du irgendeinen eigenen Webserver, Webdienst oder eine PWA am laufen? Vielleicht sagt die der Pfad ja was.

Ach ja noch was. Sowas ist mir bislang noch nicht bewusst begegnet. Hast du an USB-Ports irgendwas dran, was man als Modem bezeichnen könnte?

Nein, ich hatte noch nie am USB sowas wie ein Modem oder ähnliches.... das einzige was am USB hängt, sind die KEF LSX Lautsprecher, die wiederum haben einen eigenen LAN Port für direktes streamen und Roon Zuspielung -> das aber sicher schon ein knappes Jahre lang.

Weberserver oder sowas habe ich nicht laufen.. Roon läuft ja auf dem NAS.
Den Pfad verstehe ich nicht wirklich....

Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Dann sind das diese Teile, die gemeldet werden. Steck die mal eine Zeitlang ab und teste, ob es dann besser geht.

Scheinbar habe ich den Übeltäter gefunden....
Die iCloud Privat-Relay Funktion..... wenn ich die abschalte, ist das Problem sofort behoben.....

Jetzt muss ich mal beobachten, ob es mit abgeschalteter Funktion wieder auftritt....
Bei einem Speedtest hat er bei abgeschalter Funktion praktisch sofort die volle Geschwindigkeit des Anschlusses, mit fährt sie langsam hoch.....

Gaaaaanz seltsam.....
 
Naja. der Speedtest denkt dann da du z.b. in Amerika bist und leitet dich auf diese Server um.
 
Betrifft ja nicht den speedtest im speziellen, sondern grundsätzlich meine Internet Verbindung.
