Das wird nach neuinstallation von Fink und Änderung der Datei fink.conf ausgegeben.
 
Ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, sowas wie bei dir ist mir neu.
Ich kann nur vermuten das es an dem von dir verwendeten Editor liegt.
Du hast die fink.conf wahrscheinlich in einem formatierten Format wie Richtext (normal .rtf) gespeichert.

Am einfachsten machst du von deiner Antwort mit dem alten Inhalt der Datei ein Copy Paste in Textedit, änderst die Zeile wie ich gesagt hatte und speicherst das auf dem Desktop z.B. als fink.txt (darauf achten, das es wirklich als Ascii Text gespeichert wird). Danach gibts dann im Terminal:

sudo cp Desktop/fink.txt /sw/etc/fink.conf

ein. Und versuch es nochmal.

Formatiert habe ich es mit WorlText (PlainText with Encoding, US ACII). Anschließend den Befehl im Terminal. Folgende Meldung:
sudo cp Desktop/fink.txt/sw/etc/fink.conf
Password:
usage: cp [-R [-H | -L | -P]] [-f | -i | -n] [-pv] src target
cp [-R [-H | -L | -P]] [-f | -i | -n] [-pv] src1 ... srcN directory

Tja, und dann waren es wieder die Meldungen.

habe die gespeicherte txt datei auf dem desktop mal in .conf geändert und nochmal einfach einkopiert, weil er durch den befehl im terminal nichts gefunden hat (no directory found).

im moment läuft der erste update.... schaun mer mal.
 
da bin ich wieder...

also die updates haben soweit alle geklappt. nur die installation von gnucash2 bricht er ab..

habe gerade gesehen, daß er gnucash2 auch im FinkCommander zur Installation anbietet.
Installiere gerade Perl und werde anschließend Gnucash2 probieren.

Ich bin mit meiner Geduld leider am Ende.
Du solltest dir wirklich mal die Dokumentation zu fink (unter http://fink.sf.net) durchlesen. Nur mit perl ist es nämlich nicht gegessen, der Fehler wird bei jedem Paket kommen.
Der Fehler betrifft nicht direkt fink, sonder das Programm curl. Hier kann er aber viele Ursachen haben.

Wenn bei curl -O http://www.domain.de/index.html im Terminal auch:
curl: (5) Couldn't resolve proxy '´none´' ausgegeben wird, ist irgendwo bei deiner Shell (wahrscheinlich Bash) eine Variable falsch gesetzt.

Sieht die Ausgabe jedoch in etwa so aus:
curl -O http://www.domain.de/index.html
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100 214 100 214 0 0 350 0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:-- 0

Ist das Problem deine fink.conf. Dort steht wahrscheinlich eine Zeile
ProxyFTP: none
und vielleicht noch:
ProxyHTTP: none

Kommentiere diese beiden aus (setze eine # an den Anfang der betreffenden Zeile) und probiere noch es noch mal.

Da ich bei mir Fink nicht mehr installiert habe, kann ich dir ab hier nur schlecht helfen. Bitte habe Verständnis dafür.

EDIT: du könntest aber schon noch sagen, ob es jetzt geht und woran es gehakt hat.

wollte gerade mal schauen, ob es gute berichte über gnucash gibt.
Ich konnte nirgends einen screenshot entdecken. Ist es etwa unansehnlich? Wie kann ich mir das vorstellen? Auf dieser opensource gnucash seite fand ich kein einziges Bild von dem Programm. Ich weiß, dass vielen leuten aus dem opensource bereich egal ist, wie software aussieht. Aber mich würds halt interessieren, bevor ich mir die doch recht mühselige installation antue. DAnke

die Benutzeroberfläche ist gut und das Programm ist einfach zu bedienen (wenn es denn istalliert ist).
