Ich bin halt bissel vorbelastet da bei meinem neueren Mac erst vor einem Dreivierteljahr die Grafikkarte abgeraucht ist und hier die GPU diode öfter mal 90grad warm wird.

Woran machst du das fest? Weil der Lüfter beim Hochfahren anspringt? Und was macht der Lüfter sonst, wenn du den Mac nicht hoch fährst? Ist der Lüfter da auch laut? Wenn ja, schon mal in der Aktivitätsanzeige nachgesehen, ob ein Prozess viel CPU benötigt?

Ansonsten setze mal den Vorschlag von @Maulwurfn um.
