iMac Internet Probleme

Ich habe mir im Juli einen refurbished iMac 2017 (3GHz, 8Gb Arbeitsspeicher, mit High Sierra 10.13.6) gekauft und habe bei der Erstinstallation sämtliche Einstellungen, Netwerkeinstellunge, Programme und Daten übertragen, danach habe ich jedes Mal Internetprobleme. Erst funktioniert das Öffnen von Internetseiten, Abrufen von E-Mails oder auch der Download, nach einer gewissen Zeit (ein paar Minuten) funktioniert im Internet nichts mehr.
Auf Anraten des Apple Supports ( mehrfache Telefonate) habe ich den Rechner portioniert, neu formatiert, saubere Installation von High Sieera durchgeführt und dann nur die Daten und Programme übertragen – trotzdem hatte ich das gleichen Probleme.
Final habe ich wieder eine saubere Installation durchgeführt und meine Daten einfach nachher von meiner externen Festplatte kopiert. ( Empfehlungdes Apple Supports)
Dennoch habe ich immer noch das gleiche Problem.

Als nicht Apple Programme habe ich Thunderbird, Mozilla und Office 2016 installiert. Dies aber immer nur Stück für Stück.

Die Ethernetleitung funktioniert mit meinem Windows Laptop/alten iMac einwandfrei. Das WLAN funktioniert auch einwandfrei mit dem Windows Laptop oder iPads/ iPhones.

Viren habe ich auch überprüft, keine Funde.

Habt ihr irgend eine Idee oder seht ihr eine Möglichkeit nach der Eingrenzung des Problems. Der Apple Support hat mich nicht weiter gebracht, von dem bin ich auch enttäuscht. So welche Probleme kenne ich von Apple überhaupt nicht.
Mit meinem alten iMac im gleichen Umfeld ( El Captain installiert) habe ich kein Probleme.

Wie hast du das gemacht? Welche Tools nutzt du dafür?

Sonstiges 'Helferlein', 'Systemoptimierungstools', 'Schutzprogramme' ...... installiert?

Was hast du denn in den Systemeinstellungen / Netzwerk konfiguriert?

Welcher Router und wie ist der konfiguriert?

Virenscanner: Total AV neuste Version heute morgen erste runtergeladen und der Scan wurde heute morgen durchgeführt.
Keine weiteren Tools wie Systemverbesserung oder Schutzprogramme installiert

Router O2 Homebox 6641, nichts an der Standardkonfiguration geändert.

Der Heise Link funktioniert nicht, aber vom "Betreff" zu urteilen ist es ja auch nur für Wlan. Ich habe die Probleme sowohl im Wlan wie auch bei der Ethernetverbindung.
