iMac Alu: freeze nach Ruhezustand

Hallo - mein (aktuelle rev) imac 20" friert nach dem Aufwachen aus dem Ruhezustand nach ca 10 -30sek ein und bleibt auch so. Keine Bewegung, keine Aktivität bis auf den intakten Mauszeiger.

P-RAM Reset ist gemacht
Systemlog zeigt nichts auffälliges

EDIT: OHHH! Das Ding hat nur noch 2GB Ram... Sind aber vier verbaut... werd das morgen beim Händler checken lassen...
