iMac 27' aus 2013 immer mal wieder unspezifisch langsam

Hey liebes Forum!
Mein iMac 27' aus dem Jahre 2013 ist immer wieder sehr langsam. Programme öffnen sich nur zögerlich und dauernd der Ladeball. An der Hardware sollte es eigentlich nicht liegen (Intel i7 bis 3,4 kHz, 16 gb Ram, einzig die Festplatte ist eine HDD) und auch die Coaches und alle temporären Dateien lösche ich regelmäßig. Alle Tipps im Internet habe ich schon befolgt. Spiele ich Mac OS neu auf gibt es keine Probleme, dann ist er sogar gefühlt schneller als mein 2019er MacBook Pro. Aber nach einmaligem Ausschalten und Neustarten das gleiche Problem...
Vielleicht hat ja jemand einen Tipp oder eine Lösung für mich.

Delektiert das Festplattendienstprogramm eine defekte HDD immer zu 100%? Das sagt bei der Diagnose nämlich alles in Ordnung

die Info des Festplattendienstprograms ist nur auf das Filesystem bezogen, nicht auf die Hardware, lade dir DriveDX runter und teste damit die HDD, das Ergebniss bitte hier posten.

Bis das FPDP über die SMART Werte einen Defekt meldet, müssen doch die Werte ziemlich hoch sein. Da melden andere Tools eher das failing.

Hi,
tja, die HDD hat seine Lebensdauer erreicht, 19 IO Fehlermeldungen sind zuviel, würde eine SSD einbauen/lassen, wenn du den Rechner noch länger Benutzen willst, und CleanMyMac deinstallieren und niemals mehr Installieren, CleanMyMac is mittlerweilen Schadsoftware, es spioniert dich aus und telefoniert deine Daten nach Hause zum Programmierer.

Das kam beim DriveDx Test raus. Ich muss gestehen, dass mir das leider wenig sagt..
Rotes failing sagt dir nichts, die Anzeige hast du quasi beim FPDP vermisst.
Interessant wäre welche Health Indicator es sind.
DriveDX erklärt die dir auch im Mouse over.

Okay vielen Dank! Dann wäre eine SSD nachzurüsten die einzige/beste Lösung.

Wenn Du nicht schrauben willst dann eine Thunderbolt SSD extern anhängen und die interne komplett deaktivieren.
