ich bitte um Hilfe beim Mac book pro early 2015, zu langsam/beachball etre check

Hallo liebe Community, ich habe mich nun auch mal hier angemeldet um nach Hilfe zu bitten.

Ich habe ein mac book pro early 2015 13" retina. Anfang letztes Jahr habe ich eine neue SSD (Samsung 970 evo 500gb) mittels Adapter eingebaut.
Ca. einen Monat später fand ich es ganz toll ein Glas Leitungswasser darüber zu verteilen (Ironie).

Den mac book habe ich trocknen lassen in der Hoffnung, keinen Schaden verursacht zu haben. Klar, Akku war defekt. Er stürzte dann aber auch öfter ab.

Also Logicboard ausgebaut und mehrere Badeeinheiten in isopropanol und destilliertem Wasser verabreicht. Neuer Akku bestellt (der war aber defekt und die hin und her schickerei mit dem Verkäufer zieht sich)... also aktuell kein Akku installiert.
Danach alles wieder zusammengebaut. Der mac läuft auch wieder zuverlässig, also keinerlei Abstürze mehr.

So, und nun aber zu meinem Problem...
Mein mac book ist ziemlich langsam geworden. Es ist aber eher ein schleichender Prozess... Also ich kann nicht feststellen dass entweder die neue ssd oder der Wasserschaden explizit dafür verantwortlich ist.
Selbst das scrollen im Finder oder im Internet ist sehr langsam geworden. Teilweise erscheint auch der beachball... obwohl ich nichts Hardwareforderndes mache.

Ein Hinweis noch zur Festplatte. Diese ist Partitioniert um windows mittels Boot Camp laufen zu lassen. Ansonsten war es das.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mal über meinen eure check Report drüberschauen und mir helfen... mir sagen die Einträge nämlich leider nichts.
Ich habe in einigen Beiträgen auch mal was vom Festplattenkabel gelesen. Könnte das das Problem sein? Schließlich habe ich an dem Gerät schon ein wenig rumgeschraubt.
Wie würde ich das verifizieren können?

vielen Dank für den Hinweis mit dem Report,
ich habe ihn neu eingestellt und ich hoffe es ist nicht zu unübersichtlich geworden...

Das mit dem gedrosselten Mac bei nicht installiertem Akku nehme ich mal so an. Ich möchte aber dazu sagen, dass ich zwischenzeitlich einen Akku installiert hatte und da waren die Einbußen auch schon vorhanden.
Der Akku war zwar Fehlerhaft (wurde nicht auf 100% geladen, ist bei 10% auf 2% gesprungen) aber das sollte den Mac ja nicht derart drosseln oder? SMC und PRAM reset und Kalibrierungen wurden da auch schon durchgeführt.

Langer Rede kurzer Sinn... vlt. findet ihr ja trotzdem irgendetwas auffälliges? Ich würde mich wirklich über eure weitere Hilfe freuen.
