HILFE! Mein OSX "spinnt" - kein Zugriff auf mein Users-Verzeichnis und Finder reagiert nicht

Hallo zusammen,
ich bin gerade ziemlich planlos, da ich mein MacBook Pro Retina 15" (Mitte 2014) jetzt seit 6 Jahren ohne Probleme nutze und nun auf einmal riesige Probleme habe!
Ich habe aktuell macOS Catalina (10.15.2) installiert und von den 250GB sind laut Systeminfo noch 20GB verfügbar.
Folgendes ist passiert:
Ich wollte gestern Abend eigentlich nur kurz VMWare Fusion starten, um etwas zu testen. Ich hatte die Software jetzt bestimmt schon seit 2-3 Jahren nicht mehr benutzt und der Start hat ewig gedauert bzw. auch heute Morgen stand noch da, dass VMWare Fusion gerade initialisiert werden würde.
Also habe ich es abgebrochen durch einen Neustart des MBR und damit hat das Desaster seinen Lauf genommen.
Nach dem Neustart wurde mir nicht mehr der gewohnte Startbildschirm mit allen Shortcuts in der Startleiste angezeigt, sondern nur noch ein rudimentäre, abgespeckte Version mit Standard macOS-Programmen (siehe Anhänge). Der Finder lässt sich seitdem nicht mehr starten, sondern reagiert nicht mehr (auch nicht, wenn man ihn neu startet). Gleiches gilt z.B. auch für die Original-Mail-App und den AppStore. Die Kalender-App oder z.B. Numbers starten noch genauso wie die WhatsApp-App oder die MS Office Apps.
Safari startet zwar, aber bekommt keine Verbindung ins Internet bzw. lädt und lädt und lädt...ohne Ergebnis bzw. Anzeige und bei MS Teams bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung, die darauf hindeutet, dass ich aktuell keine Zugriffsrechte auch mein Usersverzeichnis habe.
Im Launchpad werden nicht alle installierten Programme angezigt, aber wenn man danach sucht findet man sie und sie können auch gestartet werden. Allerdings sind die individuellen Einstellungen weg.
Meine Logitech-Maus funzt übrigens auch nicht mehr...
Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?

Und...ähm...ich weiß, wie hohl und dämlich das ist, aber ich habe seit fast zwei Jahren kein Backup mehr gemacht, obwohl ich alle meine wichtigen Daten auf meinem MBR abliegen habe...:hamma: Fragt bitte nicht warum, ich habe es einfach immer wieder verschoben oder vergessen.
Wenn Ihr also Tipps hättet, die nicht auf eine Neuinstallation mit Löschung aller Daten hinauslaufen, wäre ich Euch super dankbar!!!

Das habe ich gestern schon durchlaufen lassen, leider ohne jeden Output...Also es steht tatsächlich rein gar nichts drin, auch nicht, dass nichts gefunden wurde...:confused:

Oh...doch!! Es wird zwar nichts angezeigt, aber wenn ich den Report kopiere und wieder einfüge wirft es doch etwas aus - Es kommt sobald ich es geschafft habe, es von meinem MBR per WhatsApp weiterzuleiten und dann hier zu posten, aber selbst das bereitet aktuell Probleme und der bunte Ball dreht sich munter Minute um Minute...:confused::confused:

als erstes, alles von Kaspersky Deinstallieren, Kaspersky ist purer Müll in einem macOS, und Platz machen auf dem System, du hast nur noch 12Gb frei, das ist viel zuwenig, mindestens 10Gb Auslagern !!.

Mach ich gerne, obwohl Kaspersky jahrelang supergelaufen ist. Was würdet Ihr mir denn für einen Virenscanner empfehlen?
Daten werde ich auch mal auslagern. Der Finder startet zwar nicht, habe aber noch Commander One drauf und der tut es noch...

Wie oben beschrieben muss dieses Problem aber ursächlich mit dem Start von VMWare Fusion zusammenhängen. Soll/kann ich hier noch irgendetwas löschen oder rückgängig machen?

Es ist ein Scanner im System eingebaut.
 
Das du im Safe-Boot startest ist gewollt? Normal fährt das MBP nicht mehr hoch? Also, erstmal ist da einfach zu wenig Platz drauf. Also lagere mal irgendwas großes aus und gönne dem Gerät mal minimum 30GB Platz. Besteht das Problem nur im AKkubetrieb oder auch mit Netzteil?

vorher würde ich gar nix machen.
Das wäre komplett dämlich.

man kann auch mal schauen ob Time Machine lokale Sicherungen gemacht hat. Im Terminal:

Code: 
tmutil listlocalsnapshots /

und unbedingt wegsichern was noch da ist. Extern gebootet, im Single User Mode, per (Internet) Recovery etc etc
