Hilfe!!! Mein Imac dreht total durch!!!

Hi,
seit gestern macht mein Imac extremst seltsame Sachen: er schreibt andere Buchstaben wie ich eingebe, öffnet plötzlich alle Fenster von alleine, springt plötzlich bei Soundcloud innerhalb eines Trackes, macht seltsame Geräusche (klingt wie Techno), Helligkeit verändert sich plötzlich usw usw.

Kurz die Eckdaten:
Gerät: Imac 27inch, late 2012
Software: High Sierra 10.13.2

Heute Morgen poppte dann immer ein Fenster bei Chrome auf, das sich nicht mehr schliessen lässt ("Ende des Jahres Mega_Verkauf - Advanced Mac Cleaner"). Könnte sein, dass es da einen Zusammenhang gibt?

So, wer kann hier helfen? Was könnte das sein? Und vor allem, was kann ich tun?

Lade Dir bitte EtreCheck herunter, lasse es durch laufen, kopiere den kompletten LOG hier rein. Danke.
 
Ales klar, mach ich. Malwarebytes hilft da nicht?
 
Ich mach's umgekehrt, Etrecheck laeuft grade durch. Stell den Log gleich hier ein. Danke schon mal

Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Du hast es wahrscheinlich selbst installiert.

Nicht einfach irgendwo auf Okay klicken und nicht als Admin mit allen Rechten surfen ist schon mal ein guter Schutz.
