Exzellenter Service bei Quark!

Auch das muss man mal sagen: vor zwei Tagen stürzte mit XPress 7 ab. Ich habe den Report abgeschickt, heute habe ich das im Mail:

Hello Thomas,

We received a bug report (412306) on Quark XPress from your side. Initial investigation shows that this originated from application QuarkXPress 7.0 installed in folder “/Applications/QuarkXPress 7.0" and this crash occurred while closing some Project.

Is the build number of QuarkXPress in the mentioned folder is 2703 or Public Beta?

Can you please send us the Project on which you were working during the crash, and/or any other that behave like this?

And could you please send any other details which may be of help to us (like the steps that resulted into this problem).

Jep. Habe mit dem Rakesh Khullar inzwischen 4 mal hin und her gemailt und ihm auch mitgeteilt, dass Spotlight 6.5 (Plugin) XPress 7 zum Abstürzen bringt.

Ich glaube, ich bekomme jetzt das Ehrenkroiz in Purpur. Oder irgend eine andere Medaille.
