Cursor spinnt beim Start - Was kann ich tun?

Hallo alle!

Ich habe ein MacBook Air (13", Anfang 2014). Installiert ist die Version 10.13.1 MacOS High Sierra.
Mein MacBook lief immer einwandfrei. Auf einmal ist es so, dass der Cursor ein 'Eigenleben' führt.
Er reagiert auf Klicken, jedoch auf nichts anderes. Springt auf dem Bildschirm Hin und Her.
Nach ca. 5 Minuten bleibt er auf einmal stehen und ist wieder normal zu verwenden bis zum nächsten Neustart.
Ich habe bereits Anmeldeobjekte überprüft, ob sich irgendetwas beim Start mit öffnet, was Ärger macht. Das ist aber nicht so.
Außerdem habe ich schon überprüft, ob ein Hardwareproblem vorliegt. Das ist auch nicht der Fall.
Meine Frage ist: Hat jemand von euch das selbe Problem und eventuell eine Lösung hierfür?

Tritt das Problem auch unter einem anderen Benutzerkonto auf?
 
Ja, es tritt bereits auf, wenn man noch keinen Nutzer angeklickt hat.
 
Ja habe ich. Es ist auch dann unverändert. Erst nach Warten fängt sich der Cursor irgendwann wieder ..
 
Ich muss mich korrigieren. Ich habe es nochmal mit dem sicheren Systemstart ausprobiert und der Fehler tritt nicht mehr auf, solange ich im sicheren Modus bin.
 
Was für einen Software-Fehler spricht. Irgendwelche Treiber etc. installiert? Mal ein frisches System auf einen USB-Stick o.ä. installieren und schauen ob es da besser ist.

Gestern Abend trat der Fehler dann doch auch wieder beim sicheren Systemstart auf ...

Cool bleiben, nicht jeder ist hier IT-Profi.
Das ist das einzige was ich bei dem besagten Programm kopieren konnte.
Die Darstellung, wie auf dem oben mitgesendeten Bild, wird mir so nicht angezeigt.
 
neben clean up tools an sich nichts auffälliges.

hast du das macbook mal angeguckt, ob sich der akku nicht aufgebläht hat und gegen das trackpad drückt?
schon mal eine maus angeschlossen?
tritt das dann auch auf?

Wenn ich eine externe Maus anschließe, tritt das Problem nicht mehr auf.
Wie würde ich merken, ob der Akku sich aufgebläht hat? Der Akku bei dem MacBook ist nicht herausnehmbar.
Würde der Cursor dann nicht immer Probleme machen und nicht nur manchmal? Oder kann das so schon mal sein?
Ich nutze auch seit ich das MacBook habe nur das originale Netzteil von Apple ..

naja, wenn das problem nicht auftritt, wenn du eine maus dran hast, dann scheint es vom trackpad ausgelöst zu sein …
so was kann halt von einem aufgeblähten akku oder flüssigkeitsschäden kommen.
falls der akku sich aufbläht, könnte der irgendwann sogar das gehäuse verformen, falls es ganz extrem kommt.

schau doch mal bei ifixit bei deren anleitung nach wo der akku bei dem modell sitzt, damit du einen ungefähren eindruck bekommst …

Update von mir:

Auch wenn ich eine externe Maus verwende, klickt der Cursor manchmal einfach Dinge an. Ich habe es mit der Maus zwar im Griff und kann den Cursor führen aber die völlige Kontrolle habe ich nach wie vor nicht.
Das es im sicheren Systemstart ja doch eher nicht vorkommt, dass die Maus spinnt, habe ich ein Backup gemacht und das MacOS noch einmal komplett neu installiert. Während der Installation und allem konnte ich mein Trackpad problemlos nutzen. Nach der ganzen Geschichte ist wieder alles beim Alten.
Mal geht die Maus, mal spinnt sie.

Ich bin also nach wie vor ratlos.
 
Dann guck doch endlich mal nach dem Akku.
 
von den beschriebenen symptomen deutet es doch eher auf ein hardware problem hin.
"ja eher nicht" heißt das jetzt, dass es 100% nicht vorkommt oder nur weniger bei installation oder im sicheren modus?

irgendwelche remote features sind ja nicht installiert/aktivert, so dass der ferngesteuert wird?
