Bluetooth klappt nicht mehr unter Ventura

Hallo zusammen,

ich benötige Hilfe, da die Bluetooth Maus und Tastatur von Apple nach dem Update auf Ventura nicht mehr funktionieren. Merkwürdiger Weise klappt die Tastatur auf dem "Startbildschirm" in dem die Benutzer sich anmelden können. Auch unter dem möglichen Gastbenutzer klappt die Tastatur und Maus. Nur leider unter den bestehenden Nutzern klappt es nicht. Das Bluetooth-Symbol ist bei den Benutzern konsequent durchgestrichen und wenn ich Bluetooth im Dock einschalten will, dann dreht sich das Rädchen die komplette Zeit und es passiert nichts.

Bisher habe ich folgendes gemacht.
1. Mehrfacher Neustart
2. Bluetooth-Rest mit “sudo pkill bluetoothd” im Terminal

Wenn bei der Installation von dem neuen Seite etwas schief gelaufen wäre, dann würde Bluetooth ja nicht bei dem Gastbenutzer und auf dem "Startbildschirm" funktionieren. Hat jemand eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte? Ich möchte es vermeiden den kompletten Mac platt zu machen oder es nur zu installieren.

Würde mal den SMC- und Pram/NVRAM-Rest ausführen, beim Pram/NVRAM-Reset mindestens 2x in Reihe gongen lassen.

Es kann aber auch was weniger offensichtliches sein, wie Audio-Helferlein, die sich dann in Bluettoh einklinken um irgendwas zu übertragen, oder Software für Homeautomation, die via Bluetooth funktioniert.

Gerne Fehler machen auch Helferlein von Logitech und Co, die man so mit der Tastatur kriegt, weil man damit die Akku-Ladung bestimmen will.

Also wie gesagt, mach dich da mal auf die Suche.

Für Maus und Tastatur war nichts weiter installiert. Ich habe die Origianlgeräte die beim iMac dabei waren verwendet. An Kleien Helferlein hatte ich nur nur Clips, Macdown, NetWorker, Magnet und Itsycal installiert. Die habe ich eben deinstalliert, aber es hat sich nichts verbessert. Ansonsten habe ich nur Software von Apple bzw. MicrosoftOffice verwendet.

Glücklicherweise habe ich noch eine alte Tastatur und eine MagicMouse mit Kabel.

Ich habe gerade testweise einen komplett neuen Nutzer angelegt um zu überprüfen ob es an von mir installieren Programmen oder Helferin liegt. Bei einem neuen Nutzer verhält es sich leider auch so, dass sich das Bluetooth nicht aktivieren lässt.

Das ist Schlangenöl und verursacht gerne Probleme aller Art. Man hat dich damit über den Tisch gezogen für ein rundum nutzloses Teil. Scareware at its bests.
Deintalliere es nach Herstelleranleitung. Das Teil nistet sich überall ein

Ich habe CleanMyMac4, NetworkerLite und das Audio-Plugin von Steinberg deinstalliert und es nichts passiert. Ich habe den Mac im Anschluss neugestartet und nochmals einen Bluetooth-Rest mit “sudo pkill bluetoothd” im Terminal durchgeführt sowie einen SMC- und Pram/NVRAM-Reset.
Leider klappt das Bluetooth bislang noch immer nicht.

Es ist sehr ärgerlich, aber es ist seit 16 Jahren der erste größere Fehler.
... wäre schön, wenn du das gemacht hättest, um was ich gebeten hatte:


Das ist Schlangenöl und verursacht gerne Probleme aller Art. Man hat dich damit über den Tisch gezogen für ein rundum nutzloses Teil. Scareware at its bests.
Deintalliere es nach Herstelleranleitung. Das Teil nistet sich überall ein


Das sind die Dinge, die ich zuerst untersuchen würde, das sie eventuelle auf deine Funktionaliät mit einwirken könnten. Danach musst du wie beschrieben weiter systematisch vorgehen. Mehr kann ich nicht erkennen.

Mir ist noch aufgefallen, dass wenn ich über Apfel > Über diesen Mac > Systeminformationen > Hardware > Bluetooth gehe, dann erscheinen dort keine Informationen. Der iMac scheint nach Informationen zu suchen, findet aber nichts und nach mehr als einer Minute erscheint dort die folgende Information: "Das Plug-in hat beim Sammeln dieser Informationen nicht schnell genug reagiert." Es scheint, als ob das Bluetooth-Modul nicht existieren würde.

Bei den anderen Macs im Haushalt sind dann die jeweiligen Information über die Bluetooth-Controller und ehemals verbundene bzw. aktuell verbundenen Geräte aufgeführt.

hat sich das Problem mittlerweile erledigt?

Noch ein paar Anmerkungen:

sind wirklich keine Sachen, die Du deinstallieren musst. Die haben nichts damit zu tun.

Auch ist "Limited permissions - More information may be available with Full Disk Access" kein Schlangenöl, sondern lediglich eine Meldung Deines Analyse-Programms, das darum bittet, Festplattenvollzugriff zu bekommen, damit es noch mehr rausfinden kann.

Solltest Du noch unter dem Problem leiden, hier zwei Vorschläge:

1.) Installiere Dir Onyx, das gibt es für alle MacOS-Versionen. Damit kannst Du alle Kernel-Caches, Indexes und Einstellungen neu aufbauen lassen. Vielleicht bringt's was. https://www.titanium-software.fr/en/onyx.html. Für mich wirkt das wie ein Rechte-Problem, das sich durch den Neuaufbau der Berechtigungen legen könnte.
2.) Du könntest bei Apple-Beta-Programm teilnehmen, dadurch bekommst Du andauern (fast wöchentlich) System Updates, die Betas für die nächste Update-Version von MacOS sind. Vielleicht wird mit einer der Betas das Problem gelöst und Du musst nicht ewig lange auf das Release warten.
Einfach anmelden bei Apple und schon hast Du unter Software-Update deutlich öfter was zu laden.. ;)

@dg2rbf: Das sehe ich anders. Selbst wenn's in dieser Situation nix bringen sollte, ist es immer gut, nach dem Update Onyx zu benutzen um sauber zu machen/halten. Und mit Glück, bewirkt es was. Er erneuert immerhin die Launch-Services-Datenbank, an der es durchaus hapern kann.

Der Tipp mit dem Beta-Programm hat sich für die nächste Zeit fast erledigt, da nun macOS 13.1 rausgekommen ist, damit braucht man erstmal keine Beta-Updates. Doch zwischen 13.1 und dem Release von 13.2 sind sie wieder sinnvoll, kommen ab und an auch neue Funktionen/Änderungen hinzu.

Wer sich ein macOS in der ersten Release-Version installiert und dann als Update, nicht frisch, der geht leider die Gefahr ein, daß einiges noch nicht läuft. Das war leider schon immer so, ich kenn's zumindest seit 2008 nicht anders. Immer erstmal die erste Patch-Version X.1 abwarten. ;)
