Hi,
ich würde den Adobe FlashPlayer, Silverlight und
2019-12-06 Avira Security (1.19.11), Deinstallieren, Avira macht auf einem Mac nur Probleme, und der Flash Player ist auch eine Sicherheits Lücke im System !!.

kann sein, dass das bei 10.13.6 auch noch gar nicht da war.
schon wieder vergessen, ab wann apple die user damit malträtiert hat.

benutz doch mal die aktivitätsanzeige, um den prozess zu finden, der da 115% belegt.
etrecheck listet den ja als other und nicht mit namen.
aber der war ja bei den ersten checks auch nicht da.
