Beachball bei MacBook Pro

Gibt es hier vllt noch was Neues? Es erhitzt immer mein Gemüt, wenn solche Geschichten nicht zuende erzählt werden ...
 
Ich würde folgendermaßen vorgehen:

0.5. Wenn noch möglich, den Apple Hardware Test für dieses Book laufen lassen, um versteckte Fehler in der Hardware auszuschließen. Bei mir hat das mal gezeigt, dass ein popeliger Temperatursensor ein MBP lahmlegte. Irreparabel leider.
1. Den Mac per Recovery neu einrichten, damit alles von vorher weg ist. Dann hast Du zwar kein Mojave drauf, weil der Mac das OS bekommen wird, was maximal auf ihm läuft aber zumindest schließen wir damit Stabilitäts- und Sicherheitsprobs aus. Mojave kannst Du immer noch später tricksen, wenn der Mac stabil und sicher ist. Siehe https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT204904
2. Nach Installation Aktivitätsanzeige laufen lassen und beobachten, was die anzeigt, wenn der Beachball auftaucht.
3. Die Nummer mit dem Akku in Erwägung ziehen. Leider kann Dir niemand 100pro sagen, ob es das lösen wird. Allerdings macht ein Laptop, dass nur am Netz hängt doch auch keinen Spaß. Und wenn der Fehler bis jetzt noch besteht, ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass er für den Fehler verantwortlich ist, m. E. sehr hoch. Ein Vorschlag hier. Ich hatte meine Akkus immer von hier. Sehr gute Erfahrungen damit.

Bleib dran und berichte. Das Gerät kann man für Alltagsaufgaben immer noch gut nutzen, es lohnt sich. Und gutes gelingen beim Einzug.

Sorry für die späte Antwort. Wir sind noch mitten im Umzug und haben hier auch noch kein Internet bzw. nur eine mobile Notlösung. Somit kann die Neuinstallation auch noch nicht durchgeführt werden, da wir so schon zu wenig Datenvolumen haben (Internet wird auch beruflich benötigt im Homeoffice).
Nur zum Verständnis: Es wird automatisch die letzte Version heruntergeladen und installiert, die noch für die HW zugelassen ist korrekt? Das würde dann wohl El Capitan oder Sierra sein. Und dann einfach eine komplette Neuinstallation machen bzw. die SSD vor der Neuinstallation formatieren lassen? Ein Backup wäre zuvor sicher auch empfehleswert.

Die Frage ist natürlich, ob eine Neuinstallation helfen wird, da wir dies schon zwei Mal gemacht haben mit High Sierra. Aber probieren werden wir es, sobald das Internet steht. Sie müssen noch 1,3km Glasfaser legen und da wir mittlerweile mehrere tausend km von der alten Heimat entfernt wohnen funktionieren die Dinge hier etwas anders und dauern i.d.R. auch deutlich länger.

Der Apple Hardware Test lässt sich leider nicht starten.

Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem wie hier schon in einer anderen Frage geteilt wurde (da ließ sich nur keine weitere Frage mehr einfügen), vielleicht kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen, aber erstmal zu meinen Infos:

MacBook Air (Anfang 2015) mit frisch installiertem macOS Big Sur Version 11.2
TM Backup vorhanden (also kann ich experimentieren)
Sehr wenige Daten auf MacBook, da vor kurzem Clean Install
Vor Big Sur hatte ich Mojave

Problem:
Schon auf Mojave hatte ich Probleme, Ordner zu verschieben, Bilder/PDFs zu öffnen, Dinge zu löschen…
Ich dachte ein Upgrade auf Big Sur würde helfen… falsch gedacht
Finder reagiert nicht mehr und lässt sich fast nie und dann nur mit extremen Beachballing öffnen…
Bilder/PDFs brauchen unglaublich lange zum Öffnen
Alles andere funktioniert einwandfrei

Bereits versucht:
Malwarebytes -> nichts verdächtiges gefunden
Apple Diagnose -> keine Fehler gefunden…
Gastbenutzer angelegt, hier klappt alles problemlos
Sicherer Systemstart -> Es erscheinen zwar meine 5 Desktop-Icons, aber Finder lässt sich trotzdem nicht öffnen…
NVRAM / PRAM resettet -> keine Besserung
iCloud an und ausgeschaltet, brachte keine langfristige Besserung (Finder ließ sich nur einmal öffnen)
Erneute Installation von Big Sur -> keine Besserung
EtreCheck weiter unten zu finden.

Habt ihr noch Ideen? Liegt es am Kabel, obwohl Apple-Hardware-Test nichts angezeigt hat?

Das einzige was mir auffällt ist, das Du Deinen 4GB Ram sehr viel zumutest,
jede Menge Crashs.
 
Gastbenutzer angelegt, hier klappt alles problemlos
Wenn es ein Benutzer-Problem ist, dann zieh halt um.
Oder du löscht und beginnst auf dem MacBook von vorne, darfst dann aber keine der möglicherweise betroffenen User-Dateien aus dem alten Benutzer aus einem Backup einspielen - also ganz frisch von vorne.

Auch wenn 4GB RAM nicht viel ist, sollte es zu den von dir geschilderten Problemen nicht kommen.
 
Na Ja Big Sur und nur 4GB Ram ist schon arg wenig, da aber bei dem Book die Ram nicht aufrüstbar sind sollte man nur das notwendigste draufspielen.
Diese Config verstehe ich eh nicht minimalst Ram aber ne 1TB SSD das passt für mich nicht zusammen.
Also Platt machen und neu installieren.
