Apple IMac 2011 Installation problem

when i try to install OS X 10.5.4 after i start up adn hold C the IMac gives a black screen with a lot of white text in it and don,t go any further.
(probably a kernel problem.)
(the disc is a original apple installation disc that came with a Apple IMac 24 inch from 2008.)

i bought a El Capitan disc over Ebay and with that disc i got the problem that after it is starting with the apple logo and the loading bar, and the loading bar is full it als wont go any further.

(i don't know if the disc is original)

the grey install discs that came with a mac won't work on other macs.
they are machine specific.

el capitan was only a download, so that disc can't be original.

i just made a netwrok boot and it seems to work fine for now

i keep it posten how it ends

installation is done and full functional thx
I'am now updating to the latest software for lion and than i wil be upgrading it to the lastet software possible.
