apache spinnt - xampp & dann wieder gut?

Hallo Freunde des Apfels,

mein apache startet nicht mehr:

httpd: could not open document config file /System/Library/WebObjects/Adaptors/Apache/apache.conf
/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started
Processing config directory: /private/etc/httpd/users/*.conf
Processing config file: /private/etc/httpd/users/1.conf
Processing config file: /private/etc/httpd/users/2.conf
Processing config file: /private/etc/httpd/users/3.conf
fopen: No such file or directory

(wenn ich websharing aktivieren will kommt immer nur wird gestartet & dann wieder ist deaktiviert)

Frage: kann ich einfach xampp drüberbügeln & gut is - oder wäre es cleverer das system neu auf zu setzten (bitte alles nur das nicht)?

Zur Erklärung: ich will nur ein wenig mit php / mysql "spielen".

dann siehst du wo du dein config file kaputt gemacht hast...

Sorry bin unixanfänger wie man sieht; um Deine freundliche hilfe nicht über zu beanspruchen - wärs nicht weniger nervig wenn ich xampp drüberbügele / oder muss ich dann wieder mit endlosen fehlerlisten rechnen?
command not found - hört sich gar nicht gut an

Nein, weil XAMPP nichts mit deinem internen Apache zutun hat.
Ist sowieso eine blöde Windows-Angewohnheit, bei Probleme einfach etwas "drüberbügeln"

Wieso dein cmd nicht geht liegt daran, dass du

apachectl -t

ausführen solltest und nicht

apachectl start

apachect start

oder

apachectl restart

Dein Problem ist, wie dein Apache dir ja auch zu sagen versucht:

could not open document config file /System/Library/WebObjects/Adaptors/Apache/apache.conf

Was schonmal auf eine kaputte oder fehlerhafte conf-File hindeutet.

start - start httpd
stop - stop httpd
restart - restart httpd if running by sending a SIGHUP or start if
not running
fullstatus - dump a full status screen; requires lynx and mod_status enabled
status - dump a short status screen; requires lynx and mod_status enabled
graceful - do a graceful restart by sending a SIGUSR1 or start if not running
configtest - do a configuration syntax test
help - this screen

hab ich alle durchprobiert,
a)wie sehe ich mir ein config file an das ich nicht öffnen kann
b)wie sollte das config file denn aussehen & wie ersetzte ich das kaputte?
c) xxx:~xxx$ apachectl status
/usr/sbin/apachectl: line 158: lynx: command not found hört sich gar nicht gut an

ah, den ordner System/Library/WebObjects gibts bei mir gar nicht
wie installiere ich den apache von der system dvd nach ?
egal,hab xampp genommen & läuft
