10.15.4 Safari und Netflix ...

Moin,

ich habe ein Problem, welches nur auf meinem MBP auftritt. Wenn ich in Netflix einen Film starte, dann kommt das Anfangsbild und der rote sich drehende Kreis. Danach passiert gar nichts mehr.

Habe alle Erweiterungen deinstalliert/deaktiviert. --> Keine Lösung
Neuen Benutzer erstellt --> dort funktioniert es (also kein Systemproblem)
Mac OS 10.15.4 mit Combo Update überspielt --> Keine Lösung

Wie bekomme ich auf meinem Admin das wieder hin?

Keine Adware laut Malwarebytes und der Etrecheck-Report sieht auch unauffällig aus.

Kann ich irgendwie nur Safari aus dem Backup zurückspielen (TimeMachine)? Ich glaube das fiel mit dem Update auf 10.15.4 zusammen. Vorher ging alles.

Bei mir läuft es ohne Probleme unter 10.15.4, scheint demnach kein generelles Problem zu sein, oder damit zusammen zu hängen.

Ja, ich weiss, der Akku ist "angeblich" defekt. Liegt aber nicht am Akku ... ist eher ein Prob auf dem Logicboard, aber für mein Problem irrelevant

Übrigens steht im letzten Absatz etwas, was mich das Problem vermuten lässt ... irgendwas mit Webkit. ABer wie gesagt, das System scheint i.O., da ja das Problem mit einem Testbenutzer nicht auftaucht.

So, nach langem testen und probieren habe ich die Lösung gefunden. Ich habe unter Einstellungen - Datenschutz - Websitedaten verwalten einfach mal alle cookies gelöscht und schon ging auch Netflix wieder.

Jetzt muss ich mich zwar bei allen Logins neu anmelden, aber das ist weniger schlimm als immer zwischen den Browsern zu wechseln
